Hotel Lalla Beauty & Relax Villa Orly in Cesenatico

It was even not in the level of one star hotel, one of the worst bathroom and room ever we see.
There was almost no Breakfast.

In organizing the trip together with a friend of mine we decided to book this hotel. Never was a worse decision made; as soon as we arrived in our room we realize that the bathroom faucet knob was broken (in a nutshell it slipped off and you had to put it back in the right direction to let the water flow), we decide that it is not a big problem and we just had to be careful.

The next day comes, in the morning we wake up and suddenly all the light in our room goes out; we call the reception to ask for explanations and we are told that it will be resolved in a few minutes, we wait, we call back and we are told the exact same thing (to wait), we wait, I call back for a moment indignant since we had to get ready and we were wasting a lot of time . I would have expected anything, any response; from a momentary room change to even an apology and a bit of regret for the inconvenience, but NEVER EVER, the answer I was given: in a nutshell I hear from the phone the receptionist (I guess) initially answer me "eh so much that here the electrician does not answer "my question of how long we would have to wait, and then tell me" Oh lady but what do I know, I can't put the light on "in response to me asking for a solution" I who I have to do, she knows how to put the light back on? " Continuing and ending with "eh I can not do anything expect" when I said that it was not possible for us to prepare without light or electricity in the bathroom. I was one step away from getting off and getting angry but perhaps by divine will or out of pity towards my nerves after a while the light came back.
News of the light always given to me by the receptionist I imagine that with an air more than angry he presented himself in front of our room asking me if there were any problems.

Little mishap that will try not to ruin our day; we get ready and decide to leave some money in the safe so as not to take everything with us, as we try to reopen it (at that point I should have expected everything) all the lock of the safe lock comes out together with the key, and we have to spend 10 minutes trying to put it back and get the money back from the broken safe.
We also noticed that in addition to some lights that did not work, in a room for 4 people, I repeat 4 four people, there was ONLY a wall socket. Only one, we had to take turns complicating everything.

In conclusion, I don't really know how to review this hotel. I sincerely hope that ours was only a limited case or I can't explain some of the good reviews they have.
The only thing that perhaps saved us from total disgrace was the fact that we have never been in the hotel for so long.
I would not recommend it to anyone.
