Apartments Sunela in Selva di Val Gardena

A solid 5 stars from us, perfectly located in Wolkenstein overlooking town, Garni Sunela offers comfortable accommodation including a wonderful breakfast.
Owners and staff are professional and friendly who do a great job managing your stay.
Also offer small apartments with kitchen and separate living space for a longer stays. The views are absolutely amazing, super close to many of the hiking trails and ski lifts.
The entire hotel is extremely clean, lots of parking including a basement garage with easy access to the property.
So whether you in the area for hiking, biking or winter skiing, this is definitely a property we can highly recommend.
Quaint village in the valley about a 10 minute walk with many restaurant and shops to enjoy!

Very nice apartment with large bedrooms, well appointed bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. The spa area is excellent. 300 m walk to the pistes. Pleasant and capable staff. Not the cheapest, but it's a good choice in the upper range.

We had a wonderful three nights here. The view from the room was incredible and the room itself was extremely clean, modern and well kept. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful. We were also travelling with out 18 month old and they were kind enough to provide him with a travel cot and bedding and a high chair at breakfast.

Amazing place to stay in.
Not only for the perfect location (walking distance to the slopes) and stunning views of the mountain. But outstanding and warm service.
Every morning I was welcomed by a delicious breakfast with the view of the mountain and then I was give advice on which slopes and mountains I could snowboard (thanks Renate) :)

Really everything went perfect from the beginning to the end in our stay at Sunela. The welcome at the reception was very good. Our apartment included even two bathrooms, which we didn’t anticipated on. The apartment itself is well equipped, including the kitchen. At the balcony we had a wonderful sunset view every evening. It is an 5 minute walk to the nearest ski-lift, which then subsequently can take you to the gondola. Alternatively you can take a bus directly from the street in front of the building, which we didn’t do. There is a supermarket located at a 10-15 minute walk and on our very last day we found out that there is a bakery on about the same distance. (While we were visiting a further away bakery all the time before. Overall Sunela is a wonderful place to have a ski holiday in Selva.

Convenient location, structure with typical architecture, very beautiful, there is quality wood everywhere! Everything is very clean, the staff is kind and welcoming, the owner is always present and helpful, the breakfast is varied, you can choose to eat fruit, or eggs and bacon, or excellent cakes! Equipped and comfortable for those who choose the winter period to ski! I highly recommend it to those with children who have to use the simpler slopes, for the first ski runs, you can walk to the Snow White slope in 3 minutes, and it is attached to the Dantercepies for the older ones! Beautiful white week! The wellness part is also very nice, after a day on the snow a nice sauna or a turkish bath or even the jacuzzi is there !!! When we return to selva we will definitely try to book with them again !!

We spent New Year's Eve in Selva with 6 friends and slept at Sunela. Perfect and clean structure. Spacious rooms, some with balconies and some not all nice. Breakfast with sweet delicacies, salty cold cuts and cheeses and freshly made eggs. Maximum friendliness of the owners. Very good girls who take care of cleaning and breakfast. Indoor parking. Comfortable ski room. To go to the slopes it takes 4 minutes on foot. In the morning it is all downhill, on the way back there is walking uphill. If you don't want to walk there is the Valgardena transport included in the price which passes at specific times. I can recommend it without a doubt to those who want to spend some nice days pampered in Selva. There is also the SPA which opens at 4.30 with a sauna, Turkish bath, cold shower, foot massage and relaxation room. There is also a hot tub for a fee.
