I can't imagine a better hotel for families with young children. Food, service, and childcare all outstanding. Easy access to skiing, hiking, and activities in nature.

We had a great time at the Fameli Hotel. The family Gasser and the hotel staff were very friendly, flexible and supportive at all times. In particular, we have enjoyed the delicious dishes offered at the restaurant (along with the great picks of wine), the kids amenities (Kids club staff was amazing), the swimming pools, the organised excursions and the beautiful view over our balcony. We will surely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially the outstanding cuisine. The chef was creating true masterpieces every single day! Our children had a wonderful time as well, particularly with the creative arts activities in the kids’ area and, of course, the sky pool. Highly recommended for families.

Very child-friendly hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and helpful staff. The food was excellent, and the kids’ club offered plenty of fun activities. Lots to do in the surroundings, a great choice for families. We would definitely want to come back!

Do not expect a design 5* hotel. But a 5* in hospitality, adventure and entertainment. Also the food is very good and vegan or gluten free if you want so. Every night 3 menus and a kids menu.

One great constant in an ever changing world. Always clean and attentive. Child friendly with kids club on site. Three pools one outdoor heated. Great meals and Italian chef. Couldn’t recommend enough for families

We stayed at the Fameli hotel for a long skiing weekend in January. The hotel is very close to the town and slopes. There is a free bus directly outside the hotel that takes you to the slopes. The moment we arrived the reception staff Manuel and Katia were very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help us when our car broke down. The bedroom was spacious and very clean so thank you Azzur. The food was excellent and the kitchen staff were able to provide delicious options for me as I am gluten and lactose free. A massive thank you to Adrian and Marika who were very attentive to our needs and made our dining experience perfect every day. Only negative I would say was the price of a bottle of water, I thought it was too expensive at around €5/6. The kids club was smaller than expected so can get quite busy downstairs. The pools were great, the teen room is very small too and the Spa is also very small. Overall I would stay here again as the food and customer service was excellent.

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Fameli. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The food was incredible. The salmon wellington, risotto and walnut cake with sour cream ice cream were amazing. Breakfast was great too. You can make your own juice with the juicers and a great selection of pastry, fruit, cereal and freshly cooked waffles etc. Great for kids and adults. The show kitchen was a lovely touch.
Our room was beautiful. Large jacuzzi bath and balcony was perfect.
The kids club was brilliant. Our 6 and 9 year old were made to feel so welcome and throughly enjoyed taking part in some of the activities. You can rent bikes directly from the hotel (included) and helmets.

The lake near the hotel was out of this world. Fun bob was so much fun and the mountain bare foot trail (except the bark that gave us a few splinters!). We had the best time and will definitely be back.
