We spent 4 wonderful days in this amazing hotel during the Winter Olympics- this place is so charming, yet super professional. Brilliant location, lovely design, great food of the highest quality, great staff, friendly and engaging eager to help. What a place - did I mention the wellness area? Superb is rather an understatement with views over the snow covered dolomites from your outdoor jacuzzi, swim out pool or sauna that we can’t wait to enjoy again. We have seen many beautiful hotels globally over the years but looks as if we found our favourite place - thanks for a great time

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude and congratulations to the hotel owner and management team for creating such an exceptional experience. It’s evident in every detail that they genuinely care about their guests and aim to provide the very best. From the food to the rooms, the spa, the staff, and the breathtaking views, everything exceeded my expectations. While the hotel is rated as 4-star, I would confidently give it a 5-star rating based on my stay. It was a truly pleasant and unforgettable experience, and we definitely plan to return. Only problem we had was wheelchair access to the pool. The pool that transitions from indoors to outdoors has a few steps. Otherwise, for those not traveling with a wheelchair user, there would be absolutely no problems. The spa is spacious with 2 foor with plenty of relaxation rooms, 3 big dry sauna, 1 big steam sauna two large sky pools, one big jacuzzi pool, and a cold-water pool too. The spa opening at 10 a.m. is a significant advantage, as many hotel spas typically open around 3 p.m. During the summer, wheelchair access would likely not be an issue, but in winter, the snow and cold made it challenging to transfer our wheelchair user outdoors. Overall, Tratterhof is a gem of a hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation, comfort, and stunning views.

We had an AMAZING stay! Great service, location, food, and sauna. We also were at the hotel with our dog and very much appreciated being seated away from the guests without dogs, and we even met some new dog friends.

What a stay ❤️. We stayed for 2 nights and if we had more time we would have stayed 1 more. One of the best overall experiences we had in a hotel, from the hassle free check in, feeling welcome from the get go the exquisite restaurant experience together with the sublime spa sessions ( family spa too! ) this hotel and its staff were easily catapulted to one of the best experiences we had. Thank you Evelyn, Raquele, josef and all the welcoming staff.

We stayed as a family 2 adults and 2 kids. We have stayed in many hotels before but I can say with confidence that views from this one are the best and unbeatable. Family suite is very modern and super convenient, wellness and food are just perfect. The service is amazing, special recognition to waiters who go above and beyond and truly care about client experience, Michele and Davide, you are the best. Hotel personal Ski shuttle goes every 10 minutes and takes your directly to the lift, super convenient. The only minor detail for improvement, based on our experience every year, other hotels offer afternoon snacks/cakes free of charge while you need to pay here. Overall, great experience and we will be back!

An absolutely fantastic hotel! We stayed for five days and enjoyed every moment. The location is great (panorama and lots of hiking opportunities in the vicinity), the spa is enormous and the dinner is excellent and full of variety.

It really is a 5-star hotel. I have just finished my stay and am already booking for next year. It has become our favourite hotel. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff, including the owner Regina, is exceptional. Room panorama suite with wonderful views. The breakfast is great, and the dinners...I have never seen anything like it, the hotel kitchen is incredible. The gym is very good, with towels and water. The spa is a prize, with fruit, towels and water, and the best possible views. It's as if you were in heaven watching the dolomites. In the evenings, board games in the bar, and live music or discjey. And lots of yoga activities, meditation, and of course, guided excursions included. Free parking. Special mention to Silvio at the reception and Miquele in the hotel, they went out of their way to make our stay even better. And of course, Regina always looking after everything.

As with many hotels in Tirol/ Sud-Tirol, Tratterhof has an old hotel and new hotel in one building. We opted for the old room, because the cost of the new rooms were much much higher. The old room was fine, except the bathroom needs updating. The thing I did not like is that guests were segregated in the dining area depending on which part of the hotel they booked, which felt a bit strange, a bit of a first class/ economy class feel. But I quickly discovered that we were all being served the same mediocre food. Considering the extra cost that comes with 1/2 board, the food was very disappointing. The plated dished that were served to the tables were simply not good. Not inventive, not high quality and small portions. The salad bar sort of made up for the lack of quality in the entrees, but not entirely. The breakfast on the whole was good, but you can only indulge so much before you go out for a day of skiing. The adults only part of the spa was very very nice, could use maybe one more Sauna and operating hours should start earlier. The family part of the spa was really lacking in amenities, the kids were bored quickly with this. The kids playroom is well done. The staff was nice enough, but did not go out of there way to make you feel welcome like many other hotels ive stayed at in Austria and Sud Tirol. Overall disappointing experience for 700 Euro a night.

Beautiful hotel in the Dolomites, great for a skiing holiday during winter, with the slopes a 5 minutes free shuttle ride away.

We had a family room which was huge with two bathrooms and a balcony with a beautiful view.

The hotel has a number of spas and swimming pools, so soaking up some heat and relaxation after a day out is perfect.

Service is excellent with breakfast and dinner provided with board. Would love to return.

Great spa hotel with delicious, high quality food & great service. Go for half-board, it really worth it. Included is also the alma pass. There are many saunas, pools and relaxing areas.❤️💖💞💝💗💓
