This is a typical case of taking advantage of Chinese people; Chinese tourists should think twice before booking. I stayed for three nights.

Perfect stay!! We booked a two-bedroom for three people. The room was very spacious and had a great view of the gondola. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay here again.

The receptionist was very helpful in introducing travel routes and recommending restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful and great. However, the room had a fresh renovation smell and lacked conditioner, bathrobes, and a refrigerator, which was a bit lacking in facilities compared to a regular four-star hotel. Everything else was great, and you could see the town from the window. It was also very close to the station!

A very new hotel. Although not luxurious, it is warm and modern enough. The apples given are also very delicious.

Magical place especially the wellness area, and very very nice owners

We stayed a week in early August.
Very large and welcoming room with windows that guarantee soundproofing from the nearby stream.
The owners are very helpful and courteous, we always ate well at breakfast and dinner and the dining room staff was also very polite and helpful.
The spa is practically new, spacious and very nice.
The strong point of the hotel is obviously the very central location, extremely convenient in everything and which allows you to forget about the car for the entire time of your stay.

Very unpleasant owner i needed to buy some baby milk for my baby who was very hungry but the owner was very upset that we parked for his hotel for 5 minutes
