Definitely the best place in Valdaora and the surrounding area. It has everything one would expect in a 5 star hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were fantastic and the service was always professional and polite. The spa is one of the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. There is a small exercise room with sufficient equipment for a full body workout (a bench would be a nice addition). The parking garage is limited to 1.90 meters, and there is a nice open air parking lot across the street.

For six days my husband and I stayed at this wonderful hotel and spa while hiking in the area of Valdaora. What a treasure it was to relax here after a day of hiking and walking. The pool and sauna areas were a very relaxing place to unwind. From the moment we entered this hotel, we were taken with the hospitality of the staff. A welcome drink as we arrived was a pleasant surprise. Our room was beautifully appointed and the food was amazing and delicious. Every night the menu was different and the desserts were to die for. One of our servers, Zuzana, was a delight and excellent at her job. We looked forward to seeing her at our breakfast and dinner seatings. This hotel had so many lovely touches. One night an appetizer and drink night before dinner, guided hikes and yoga classes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it very highly.

Exceptional
This hotel is exceptional in every way. Every single member of staff was friendly and professional. The food was some of the best we have ever had in a hotel. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. A wonderful stay in the dolomites.

You will love this place - for 100%
Being a frequent traveler, I must say: simply we were amazed - by friendliness of the hotel and all the stuff. Hotel has great spa and wellness center, nice free time lobby area and nice bar. Food is delicious. We will love to come to this place again!

Very pleasant and relaxing stay. The SPA is modern and spacious. The food is excellent and the staff is warm and welcoming. Highly recommended.
