Amazing place nearby the harbour of Torre San Giovanni which allows to discover the local free beaches around. all shops and restaurant needed are available in the local area.

A relaxing holiday thanks to the property's strategic location, within walking distance of both the beaches and the marina's various shops. Kudos to the staff, always friendly and helpful!

I really liked this hotel: modern, equipped with every comfort, and run by friendly and very helpful staff. I will return and highly recommend it!
The rooms are modern and fresh, with very spacious and comfortable bathrooms. They were cleaned regularly every morning, and nothing was out of place! The location is ideal for walking around the marina.

We stayed at the Smarthotel in San Giovanni, Marina di Ugento, in August and had a truly positive experience. The property is modern, well-maintained, and very welcoming. The rooms were spotless, with attention to detail and always tidy and fragrant. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to offer helpful advice and assistance. The hotel is in a quiet yet convenient location, just steps from the beautiful beaches in the area. Considering it was high season, we found the value for money to be truly excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing and comfortable holiday in the heart of Salento!

First time at this property and it was a nice surprise.
Good location and great rooms.
The staff (Denise and Federica) at the reception are attentive to every customer's need.
Definitely worth keeping in mind for the future if we return to the area.

Property area was comfortable. Quite few amenities. Food was accurate, quality was ok. Did not like that on the rate was not enclosed the place on beach. That had to be settled as extra. And for an hotel on the sea this is quite odd. Missing baby-club and music. Only piano-bar music, the siger was very nice. But it could have been better if could offer different kind of entertinement.

Basic but spotless rooms. Poor toilet set. Breakfast is taken in a partner bar about 100 meters from the hotel and offers the possibility of choosing 3 products each. Excellent pasticciotto from Lecce.

The location of the property is excellent, in the center of the town and close to all the main services. Good location in relation to the beach, reachable on foot. The breakfast at the patisserie they have an agreement with is also excellent.

Hotel **** with a good View, bud the rooms verry cramped breakfast was Like a Work canteen. Everything was dirty , Not towels in the room. Whirlpool verry dirty and sunbeds broken. Elevator was old and dirty We rent the room with breakfast Bad the sunbeds at the beach opposite was with extra charche

Excellent structure with a comfortable and spacious room and a large bathroom with a comfortable shower to say the least.
Cleaning is carried out daily with discretion and attention.

I am staying in the B&B and I will stay until Monday, the rooms are very welcoming, nothing is missing, clean, fragrant, disinfected environment, private parking which is not cheap, Mrs. giusy welcomed us with a smile even though we were late in arriving .. showing us the room calmly ... and showing himself available ... in everything and for everything

Great BB ... For those who want to travel around Salento, clean rooms and kindness of the staff. Spatial breakfast more than abundant. And finally stop for dinner at the restaurant, seeing is believing !!!!
