We had an amazing stay at the very special Palazzo De Noha. The staff (Beatrice and Francesco) were wonderful. They made our stay so comfortable. The ambience of the hotel, the location and amenties were outstanding. We could walk to all the attractions in Lecce. The room minibar was complementary and we there was a welcome bottle of local wine to enjoy. Definitely one of the special places I have stayed at of my travels through 65 countries. Very memorable and highly recommended.

Beautiful rooms with old architectural elements. Wonderful breakfast. Very clean. Excellent location in the old town. Friendly staff. Only drawback is that in order to maximize appreciation of architecture, the bathrooms only had glass walls which could be off-putting. However, there were curtains to mitigate the problem.

I didn’t know hotels could receive Michelin recognition, but instead of stars, they receive Michelin “Keys” for outstanding accommodations. After staying at Palazzo de Noha, I completely understand why.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. I had booked a Deluxe room, but to my delight, we were upgraded to a suite. The staff took care of everything from valet parking (only €20 per night) to giving us a tour of the hotel and showing us how to operate all the room features. They provided us with curated restaurant recommendations and a list of things to do, and even offered to make reservations on our behalf. On our first day, we mentioned wanting to visit a beach club. Not only did they research and recommend the best options, but the next morning, the reception staff had already prepared our car with a bag of beach towels waiting for us. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly impressed us. Communication was seamless, as the staff stayed in touch through WhatsApp whenever we weren’t at the hotel. Every single team member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. Breakfast, included with the stay, was another highlight,fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared each morning. One important note: the hotel is located within Lecce’s ZTL (restricted traffic zone). But don’t worry the hotel will authorize your entry.

Beautiful hotel with homemade breakfast. Centrally located.

2 cons:
We traveled in August and the air conditioning just couldn’t keep up with the heat outside. Room was hot & there weren’t any AC vents in the bathroom. It got very hot after a shower because there just isn’t good ventilation.

Also, the pool is only a dip pool. It’s about 5’x5’ and 2’ deep. Was expecting a bigger pool from the photos, but it was good for cooling off.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay at the Palazzo. Diana and Francesco were incredibly helpful and informative about the area and restaurants. The service provided by all the staff (including the lovely two ladies at breakfast) was exceptional. We would return in an instant!

The staff were so friendly and helpful! We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was very spacious and beautiful! Great location with everything in walking distance! Excellent breakfast also!

Short but very sweet overnight stop in Lecce
Decided on a last minute stay to see Lecce. The hotel is small but very spacious & clean, easy to find with great service from friendly and helpful staff. We had pre booked parking so after easily finding the hotel, our luggage was whisked out and the car taken for us. In the old city, everywhere was an easy walk - good in 31 degree heat - and the hotel helped us with a fabulous restaurant recommendation & booking. Not the cheapest on offer but you certainly get what you pay for.

It was great to stay at this wonderful palace with histrory of caring children in the past. The facilities, location and quality of food were best but first of all, the warmest hospitality of all the staffs especially Francesco is the best reason why we should stay at this palace!
