Luxmarì hotel & spa in Castellammare del Golfo

I stayed at Luxmari Hotel & Spa in March 2026. The hotel itself is small but nice. I was in a Deluxe room with side-ocean views. The room itself was a bit small, but the balcony was lovely. Bathroom also a bit small, but generally nice, clean, and everything worked. Perhaps helpful for booking: the Deluxe rooms with side-sea views are right next to the elevator (rooms 304, 305, and 204, 205). In room 304 I did not hear the elevator too much, but of course, it beeps when it arrives on the floor and you can hear others using the clunky keys to get into their rooms. If this sort of noise disturbs you, then perhaps consider a different booking. If you book rooms 101, 102, or 103, note that these are directly above the lobby and breakfast rooms. I don't know how noisy they are, but would imagine it would be quite disruptive.

Caterina and the front desk staff were absolutely lovely! They answered all my questions, helped book (relatively last minute) drivers for me, and generally were very helpful.

I booked a Swedish massage and exfoliating facial. Both were lovely and relaxing. But neither the facialist nor masseuse spoke great English, so unlike other services I've received, I was not asked before if there are any problem areas or if I would like more or less pressure anywhere. This was fine, but just something to be aware of.

As I visited in the off season, it was a generally quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I would be curious how it is during the full season.

Note that for going to the beach, either the one directly 5 minutes from the hotel, or the big beach about 25 mins-walk away, the hotel did not offer beach towels or such. You should bring your own (although I also did not ask about an extra towel for the beach).

My only real complaint, is that breakfast is only from 8am to 10am, and while it is an excellent and varied breakfast, as someone who likes to sleep in, it would have been nice for it to go until 11am.

Perfect location on quiet street. Easy to drive to a secluded beach during the day and then walk around town at night. Amazing staff (who helped us call for assistance when our car got a flat tire.) The rooms are clean, simple, and new. Great bargain.

Nice hotel looks brand new, with small but nice, clean rooms with daily cleaning. Really good standard compare to other at Italy. Also good breakfast and friendly staff. Biggest disappointments are: no parking (street parking is not a hotel parking), you can find a place in case of lack, sometimes far away and without any protection on the narrow sicilian streets. Second is a swimming pool. It’s not a pool, sorry. It’s a jakuzzi and also for Very unreasonable price (in my opinion of course).

Beautiful hotel which seemed newly built or renovated.
Everywhere was spotless clean, rooms were fantastic, we had a balcony with sea views. Air conditioning was excellent and very quiet.
Breakfast was very enjoyable and a great choice.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
100% recommended, great job guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
