What an amazing holiday 2024!!! We are really impressed with everything! Sea views are spectacular from all of the resort. The resort Is big and offers various pools and a Toboggan pool at the sea with slides

amazing for kids and also adults. We definitely explored! Each pool has its own bar and it s so easy to get a drink. My favourite bar was at la Capannuccia close to Piscina del Golfo

Thanks to the Director Gianluca and to the manager Giusy for sorting everything and making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The management are on a different level compared to other resorts we have been to

Really can't understand the low marks on Google review. However, when reading some of the reviews i wasn't surprised as some people were complaining about the cost of a taxi, which has nothing to do with the resort

The rooms are clean and comfortable as well as all of the resort! We normally go around Europe in various resorts and this is one is certainly the best we've been to and promise to return next year

a special thanks go to Angelo, Antonio, Aurora and Carlos for the really nice and funny conversation during our pizzas and drinks. The pizzas are very good and it's worth visiting

And thirdly, the young man/lifeguard (sorry, we never asked you name) by the Signature Level pool who sprang up and rushed over to help us with the sunbeds and umbrellas. He Said “please allow me, I’m here for you

Just come back from our stay in room 5303. We upgraded to signature level and felt it was well worth doing so The resort is lovely, well kept and the atmosphere was great. They made sure you had the best experience

The whole experience was wonderful, from the food, the staff, the grounds and the efficiency of the app experience. Even though, this is part of a global resort chain — it had a very personal and boutique vibe

My partner and I had a wonderful experience at Grand Palladium. All the staff were magnificent but there’s a few members of staff that I want to call out. Angela, who did an amazing job cleaning our bungalow

Two that stood out were our maid Angela who looked after our room and Angelo who looked after us each breakfast time in the signature level breakfast room. It's well worth doing some of the excursions

You can get beach towels at the reception, but if you pay 20 euros for the entire period of your stay, out of 20 towels, 15 will be returned on the day you return them

There was enough space under the sun on sunbeds for everyone. On Saturday the hotel is filled to its maximum capacity, and on Monday there are noticeably fewer people

An exceptional, well priced holiday destination with tranquil gardens and beautiful beaches

Without a plus, you will have to pay for it according to the price list, which is located near the bar. There is no water in the rooms, there are cups in the vending machines nearby

We stayed at this hotel from 15 to 22. Initially, we checked into room 963, which is practically the farthest building. We asked for something closer, but were told only tomorrow

They kept their promise and settled in 346, without any additional payment. The All Inclusive and All Inclusive Plus systems operate here

Nice hotel in a pretty location, nice pools, food average. Reception staff friendly, comfortable room. Music loud and late a bit unnecessary perhaps. A few areas require attention to detail

On the positive side, the hotel itself boasts wonderful facilities and a delightful atmosphere. Although there isn't a beach nearby, the hotel does offer three pools

This is one amazing hotel to stay at. the facilities are absolutely outstanding staff very friendly and have very good English so if you don't speak Italian don't worry speak very good English

The 3 swimming areas - upper pool, lower salt water pool and seaside area - are beautiful with lots of chairs, towels, bar and cafe options

The boat trip off the coast of Porticello was an unforgettable experience! The crystal-clear waters and calm sea made the excursion extremely enjoyable and relaxing

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with every amentity you might need and very comfortable beds and an abundance of great pillows. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious

The entertainment team were exceptional, always ready to meet you with a smile and friendly face. Great food and drinks and in a beautiful setting, with easy access to cefalu. I will definitely be back again

The entertainment is even translated it was such a wonderful experience with my family the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pools and baby dance!

An amazing hotel, so friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean. It is no trouble for any of the staff to do anything for you. The bar staff are all excellent, especially bar manager Rosario

Such a beautiful hotel, the staff here are incredibly friendly and hospitable, it is more aimed towards Italian customers which is perfect to immerse yourself in the culture

However that being said they have written English and the staff are pretty good at it too

The restaurants are beautiful. Liola was one of our favorites. The facilities are incredible. The gym is clean, bright and spacious. There is golf, tennis, soccer and fitness classes, as well as a spa

We were at this hotel end of April 2024 and spend the most amazing time there. We were celebrating our honeymoon and everyone made sure every experience was just perfect for us

Blown away by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff; all the food options are outstanding, especially the new Nagori restaurant serving Japanese-Sicilian fusion; incredible views and both spa facilities and private beach are exquisite

I can’t say enough about the experience we had at this resort. Everything was truly well thought out and exceeded our expectations. The two big pools were amazing and the restaurant by the pools is exceptional

The resort is beautiful, the spa and fitness amenities are amazing, there are golf courses and tennis courts and you can get everywhere by bicycle or golf car. Also the restaurants and bars are excellent

As for the stay, everything went relatively well, except that those who wanted to enjoy the pool in this heat would have to deal with a lifeguard who was perhaps a horrible, pretentious lifeguard with no respect for the tourists who were staying at the hotel, so for anyone who wanted to swim, choose another hotel

The swimming pool is nice but the area around it is without any love and interior taste

The hotel is not very new, but the staff tries. Overall, everything is good.

Good hotel, large room and bathroom, clean and well-maintained. A good, adequate breakfast, a nice bar. Free, easy parking directly on the hotel grounds. The reception at the hotel was friendly and welcoming

He forced us to get out of the water, claiming that the buoy wasn't for tourists but for him, and so we had to go buy a buoy outside. Here's what I can say about it

The hotel is a bit outside of the city center, but it's about a 45-minute walk away, which we were aware of and isn't a criticism

Having traveled the entire island, I can say that among city hotels this is the best with its small beach where herons roam!!! With Turkish requests, it’s better not to come here; they won’t court you, but the opportunity to walk to the center and the fishing port with a cafe and the freshest seafood is worth it!!! The combination of price, location and private beach tunnel directly from the hotel...

The beach is 15 euros, 15 euros pool, so think before you take. Parking is free. The breakfasts are great, service is great, the service, the rooms, the location is super.

The staff (such as the reception, the employees at breakfast, the cleaning ladies, the employees at the pool) went out of their way to make us feel at home (in this Corona time)

The position is great, rigth in front of the sea. Near the hotel you can find everything: bar, restaurant, supermarket, atm, Tabasco’s all in 200 meters from the hotel

My room was number 210 and I had the luck to meet signora Serafina, she is fantastic and gave me lots of advices. Every time I’ll be in Catania I’ll come back in this hotel

When you are in such a beautiful location you don’t want to be spending time inside, you want to be on the beach or exploring the town

We just had the most wonderful stay at La Plage. We arrived and were seen immediately and offered a drink whilst we checked in. We were then given a tour of the hotel and some information on the local area

We were shown to our room which was a sea front bungalow with a hot tub. Just gorgeous! We had the most beautiful view of Isola Bella

Upon our return the ladies who cleaned the rooms stopped by whilst I enjoyed a glass of wine in the hot tub to say hello and sang me happy birthday too! The service was impeccable from start to finish

The staff are AMAZING and so attentive. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the people who work there. Thank you everyone in La Plage for making our stay so perfect

The valet and front-of-house staff were exceptional. Honestly, it’s some of the best service I’ve ever received at any hotel

Maria in reception amongst others was also very helpful and majority of staff in the front desk were happy to converse in English. The pool bars, coffee bars and beach bars all had a great choice of beverages

has a lot of pools, right next to the beach. The only downsight is the food. I was looking for nice italian food, but the buffet was horrible

The amazing sea views, beautifully managed gardens and choice of pools overlooking the sea or mountains meant one could have a different view each time

The private beach is well kept and only 1 min walk from the hotel grounds. There are plenty of Sun loungers for guests. Reassured to always see lifeguards on duty for the sea and the swimming pools

Just a few minutes from the beach are also some useful stalls and shops to pick up some useful basic amneties. We have a special diet which is not easy to cater to

Lots of activities on the beach - beach volleyball and lots of water sports available through the Chelonia team who are fantastic and professional in all they do

My boyfriend and I came for my birthday. LOVELY and special shoutout to Patrick. We did his yoga class our last day and it was amazing!! The receptionist are SOOO NICE

I stayed here for seven nights (half board) with my mum and we both agreed that we had the best time and that there was nothing which could have improved our stay

They are always trying to figure a solution to whatever you need. (There are ants and they can be a bothersome in your room- our only complaint)

Alessandro and the all the bar staff at every restaurant and bar on the site are fantastic! Rooms were clean, and had fantastic views. The beach was beautiful, pool fantastic. Only negative is we have to leave!!!

Being a fairly small hotel, the beach and pools never felt crowded and we could sit wherever we wanted to at dinner and breakfast. Our rooms both had large balconies and fridges which were welcome

Beach has water sports when not too windy and a section just for hotel guests. Amazing breakfast and restaurants. Mainly Italians on holiday which we like. Hotel and pool are very clean with all you need

Palermo was the last leg of our trip in Sicily and we were so tired by that point, it was nice to have the pool. Decent for the price but next time I would opt for something deeper in the city

There are a few good things about the hotel, though, such as the location, the pool, and the friendliness of the staff

However the service around the Poole is extremely poor and expensive. Two soft drinks (that took an hour to receive) were 13 euros. No care or time taken on taste, or presentation

The best part of our stay was the amazing staff. Especially Leo, our server who does an awesome job in making you feel at home. Huge shout out to his limoncello spritzes. The best I’ve ever had.

Our room was small but perfectly formed with everything we needed. What let's this place down is the service. The coffee machines were not working either day we stayed. The produce itself was poor with very little choice

The hotel excels in these areas, but again, they do not make up for the fact that one experiences restless nights trying to sleep in hot rooms. End result: I do not recommend this hotel, nor would I ever stay here again

You will need a swimming cap in the pool! Otherwise, you'll be asked to leave. You can buy it at the bar from 2pm onwards this also includes buying drinks/snacks. The hotel offer a shuttle to the beach and town

On August 15th because of the holiday there was a huge dinner- event and there were fireworks visible from the hotel. The hotel provides bigger car to take guests to the beach and usually it wasnt that long to wait

The corridors arent that pleasant but is it important? It is obliged to wear a swimming cap in the swimming pool if you swim (if you just sit there you dont have to put it) that you have to pay for

I stayed at this hotel with my three daughters (14, 11 and 3). They enjoyed the stay, had lots of fun in the pool and with the animation team. The youngest really enjoyed the baby dance!

On the beach there are deckchairs and umbrellas for guests which was super convinient. So to sum up: i definitely recommend this hotel for the views and people!!!

Hotel view is incredible of the sea and mountains. However, please do think wisely before booking. The hotel is 4hours from the airport

The first thing that comes to mind when I think about Hotel Solunto Mare is an incredible beauty of this place. The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful bays of the province of Palermo

Here you can also taste real Sicilian kitchen, because they have a great chef, who was awarded with a Michelin star. High level of service, as well as adornments, leaves only good impression

A nice hotel with nice workers in a Greek area of Sicily, swimming pool and sea. Very good!

The location is perfect and the beach is inside one of the most beautiful marittime nature reserves of Sicily

If you want to relax you have found the right place

All inclusive. No A/C in rooms during our stay. Rules with energy use. Heat was bearable with windows open.

Great place. The hotel needs some re modernisation but the animation is over the top.

In our opinion we made the right decision to book in this hotel. It depens what you expect from the sea side because there is only a swimming encloser in the sea and a normal swiming pool.

Very beautiful and relaxing place. Infinity pool is breathtaking and very friendly staff. Room key card had to be reset about 7 times in the week I started there though. That was the only fault!

There was a mix up with the reservation. Don't know where the communication breakdown was, travel agent or these guys. They don't have a gym or a business center. also, smoking on the patio next to the pool is allowed

I hate breathing in the smoke when outside. Two generations of them are available. The new ones are certainly very modern and nice. A nice patio is attached to most of the rooms

Stunning views of bay. Private beach. 2 pools. As its low season here, we are the only people on the beach today. Sunny &/warm helps as well. Stunningly beautiful.

We had a great stay at the hotel. In fact the negative comments people posted recently is very insensitive, considering this is a difficult time for everyone, especially people in the hospitality/tourism industry

There's nowhere to walk on site except up and down the short drive - the main road is far too dangerous for pedestrians. A courtesy bus can be booked for visits to town or the allocated beach

Beautiful hotel very well located between Taormina and Forza Agro. Pools are awesome with huge wiew on the bay. Rooms also offer a beautiful panorama.

Hotels have been closed during Covid and now that they have reopened, most hotels are having difficulty with staff and technicalities. The general public should understand it is difficult moments for all

It's our second visit to the hotel. The view and design is spectacular. The hotel is located on the side of a mountain that is falling into the beautiful beach of Sicily

The only improvement could be the quality of the VOI Concierge activities, we joined the Lipari/Vulcano one and it was expensive and unsatisfactory, I would suggest to future guests to check external activities not ones organised by the resort

A huge thank to Gianluigi in the Restaurant, We always saw him rushing and walking around to ensure that the there are always food at the buffet, he even help serving food to the guest

The resort was wonderful, food was really good, the Bravo staff was great

we had really fantastic holiday the hotel are very very clean, kudos to all the staff they are doing there job well, and hello to the spider man and sometime he was elf, my children are happy about him
