The bungalow I’ve stayed in was dirty and has lots of gnats flying around, shower is too small and has very slow drain, and the door feature is not emergency friendly in case of fire. Thanks for the good service, but I will not recommend the place in the future.

So-so Photos are not super accurate. It has an RV park area, a camping area as well as the units. The unit itself had a small kitchen which would have been nice if we were there long, a bedroom with 3 twin beds and when you walk in, that also was a bedroom with a double (really 2 twins together with a sheet over them). Stayed here unexpectedly for 4 nights when flight was delayed. We were made very welcome by Genarro and all the reception staff and can’t thank them enough, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Honestly it’s actually quite a nice place, we are here in winter with a camper, only people staying here. The staff at the bar and restaurant are lovely and we have been getting along really well. The place is for sure run down but good news is that there is a bunch of people working on it now and hopefully by summer it will be looking good!

This place has an amazing beach and it is not expensive. Very close proximity to the airport, a highway and some shopping malls. Otherwise it is trashy, surrounded by piles of trash and doesn't care much about clearing a trash. Mess looks to be a normal state here, which is not good or bad, it is just something you may like as a backpacker or a surfer, or consider unacceptable as a family or someone...

The bungalows with a window overlooking the sea, good value for money, close to airport, friendly staff. Only negative is the restaurant... maybe because it is still the season has not taken off☺

In general, this place was fine fir resting my head at night. The ******* confirmation said check in could start at 11, but they were not ready for me for at least another hour. It is advertised as a bed and breakfast, but it definitely does not offer breakfast. The room could be noisy if the window is open and there are people on the patio.

Interesting location in a crumbling old palazzo. The entrance is a bit intimidating but the hotel inside is basic but fine. Friendly and good location. Cooking smells were a bit strong, and breakfast was very basic, but overall a good experience.

******* shud provide check in instructions. Guests arrive to a locked door at street level. No code to punch in, no phone #, no way to contact anybody or get off the street until another guest lets you in. Frustrating after a long train ride.

I was there for only 2 nights, but was completely fine with the guesthouse. The room was very comfortable and clean with a balcony. The contact person Luigi is very friendly and informs you upfront with any services. Some cafes and bakerys are reachable in some minutes by feet.

The listing is super misleading. Says it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach but it’s actually a 20 minute walk down a hill (up hill on the way back). The lock on my door wouldn’t lock from the inside. The knob would just turn and turn and turn. I texted the person I spoke to when I first arrived and never got a response. I had to sleep with my door unlocked. Breakfast was good. Room and area was very clean.

The hotel does not have free parking, and you need to pay to park in a nearby commercial parking lot. The description of the Ctrip booking that there is a parking lot is misleading.

Good hotel with excellent price

I enjoyed the stay. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I enjoyed the location as it was right next to the train station. It was also very close to the morning markets in the area. My only complaint was that our shower wasn't fully tightened and so there was inconsistent water flow through the shower head. Everything else was great however.

Okay stay It is a nice and comfortable place to stay, but calling it a boutique hotel may be a little bit of a push. Cordial staff at reception. Breakfast could do with some atmosphere, and a member of staff guiding you rather than chatting away in the kitchen (loudly) about personal affairs.

Well run B&B with large rooms, all with a private comfortable terrace to relax on. There is also a large communal terrace with stunning views over the ocean and nearby islands. A good continental style breakfast is provided and the entire place is very clean. Ideal to settle into island time and just chill out, short walk of 200 metres to the ocean for a swim. The location is far away, need to drive there. On weekends there will be parties very noisy, but the stay was okay and the host was welcoming.

Magnificent place, if during the day the view is suggestive as from the window you can admire the valley of the temples, at night it becomes magical with the illuminated temples. Very welcoming, polite and helpful staff. It is located in a quiet area and close to an area with many restaurants. It is very close to the Le Cuspidi patisserie chain which I recommend to try once in a lifetime

Great view, one of the best ive ever seen. And we enjoyed breakflast on the top floor terrace.

Everything was great - Marcela was super friendly and helpful, we had a view on the valley and the sea, the room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had many options to choose from, including fresh fruits, cakes, and salty alternatives. There was even oat milk for lactose-intolerant to be able to have Italian cappuccino! I couldn't ask for more :)

Went there on a organized trip. Hotel is fine, the dinner was excellent and breakfast was alright.. needs some warm food added to their selection.. pool was nice.

Only stayed one night of a hectic bus tour thru Sicily but this was the best hotel so far. Nice big rooms and bathrooms, trimmings above the average. Breakfast had real orange juice.

The hotel was nice and good value. It had a nice pool with bar service. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also nice on the terrace. Location was a little away from the corso but easy to reach by car.

Please note this property does not have parking. Street parking not specified for the building or unit. There is a pay by the day public parking lot that is across the street, but the entrance for the lot is 6 blocks away and difficult to get to

This is an AMAZING AND EXCEPTIONAL property! Tucked away in a residential area with just a three minute walk to the bus stop. The hotel is beautifully furnished and modern. The rooms are spacious and inviting. This boutique hotel feels like a luxury five star hotel. I definitely want to come back to Cagliari, and when I do, rest assured I will be staying at Nemo. Also breakfast on the roof top is amazing...

In general B & B Nike is beautiful and perfectly located to explore the old city of Ortigia. However parking was available only if you have patience to circle the block and wait for an opening or pay at a nearby lot. Be advised that the room is on the 3rd floor with no lift. Angelo was very helpful!

It’s an ok place for the cost but it is not located in a great location

New, clean, modern, great location 2 streets up from the beach and all its restaurants. Parking is a bit challenging with most spots being for residents. Wifi was very weak and spotty. Much better location in our opinion than being right in Taormina which we found overcrowded and overpriced compared to Giardini Naxos. Took a 15 min bus ride to Tormina from the main bus station 5 min walking distance...

We were given a very expensive too small room for 4 people, 3 steep narrow awful stairs to get to the room, one of the beds was poor quality. They extra-charged for a filthy uncomfortable garage. Excellent breakfast and good location, special note for Carlo, an extra kind gentleman helping with the service. All in all not recommended, very sorry…

Very nice place to stay. Spotless clean rooms and cold air conditioning. Fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. The only chomplaint is the 3 flights of stairs to get to room 105 and the lack of air conditioning in the breakfast area. It was very hot. Very close to the beach I give it a 9/10.

Truly a delightful experience. We travelled all over Italy and never had facilities as good as Ines. The hosts are unbelievable. You won’t find more kind and caring people elsewhere. The breakfast is something else. Hot and cold. Sweet and savoury. Location is great. Hard for parking so suggest just base yourself here and walk everywhere. Or do tours. A lot of good things to say about this hotel: the location, the professionalism of the staff, the cleaness. Nevertheless, I don't recommend to pick a room without a real window.

This hotel desperately needs a renovation; it's incredibly worn out, and everything feels like it's past its prime. The room I got didn't match the photos at all; the window looked out onto some kind of dilapidated internal shaft. The furniture was old, and while the linens were clean, they had holes. The breakfast area was in terrible condition, as were the chairs and tables. There weren't enough...

Well, Location is so near with nearby attractions and you can walk around 10 minutes from the train station / bus station . I love the hotel but make sure you bring your own mineral water because the tap water is likely not really good for drink :) If you want kettle , you can ask to the receptionist

The location couldn't be better and the roof terrace for breakfast and dinner is incredible. The food is very good too. The staff were kind and helpful. The only inconvenience was a leaky shower. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed three nights in this b&b. The owner is very kind and available to give information, clean and comfortable rooms. The beach is not far away, not equipped but beautiful and quiet. The center of San Leone is about half an hour walk but the bus service works well. Excellent location to reach the valley of the temples.

This BB is simple, it requires a car to get around but you can park on the street. The room is comfortable, spotless and good bedding. Alfredo welcomes you warmly, serves you breakfast with great fresh croissants, chats with us. We had a good stay. I recommend! Thank you Alfredo!!
