The golf courses were wonderful, views from everywhere were stunning and the staff really helpful and all very friendly. La Plage has magnificent views of the sea and the iconic Isola Bella. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are friendly and attentive. Be aware that the beach is rocky and hard to walk on and it’s difficult to enter and exit the sea for a swim. It’s easy to get up to Taormina via the funivia (cable car) for a 10€ round trip.

Lovely hotel with large natural setting which is very peaceful. The staff are wonderful and the service is top notch. The breakfast bar is really good. You need a vehicle as it's a ten minute drive to Syracuse. Overall a very nice experience.

I stayed here for a week in November .Impeccable service from reception till cleaning stuff.Everyone spoke good English.Delicious Sicilian food served at the restaurant.Huge portions!Spacious nicely decorated room with garden and Jacuzzi outside.Had a great three sessions of deep tissue combined with hot stones massage with Rosa .

Old charm ,but bad location out of town . Considering it has 5 stars ,it lacked a lot nowhere near five star.Lovely staff however with it being the end of the season.A lot of facilities unavailable .Lovely giant pool no bar ,jacuzzi 30 euros half an hour .Nosocialable bar .Considering not full the room was comfortable except for the view and size of the shower .Could have been better.

Despite other reviewers negativity, we had a lovely and memorable stay at the Hotel Palace! The staff saved the day by arranging a private boat tour with a local guide when our original tour canceled at the last minute. Drinks by the pool, spacious room, plentiful breakfast. Staff also provided excellent dinner recommendations close to the hotel. They all went above and beyond.

A brilliantly beautiful resort. The pools are a sight to behold. The staff is to a one accommodating and lovely. The hotel is located close to Noto which the hotel provides an evening shuttle to; and close to Siracusa to easily visit. The rooms are beautifully designed and appointed. The sound of the birds and smell of the flowers makes the hotel a sight and sound experience !

We had a spectacular 4-night stay here. Our room overlooked the wonderful long pool. The staff and concierge were so helpful and lovely. The food from both restaurants was delicious.
