Absolutely amazed by this place. Beautiful, clean, and the friendliest staff. My favorite was Claudia, who showed me Adonai Eremo AND gave the best ceramic painting class. It was a very welcomed creative part of the holiday. 10/10 would recommend going here, and look for events with Claudia - she’s the best!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the pools are great, the location is gorgeous, and the morning yoga offered for free outside was a great way to start the day. This resort was a continuous discovery. I came here on my own, yet I never once felt alone thanks above all to the constant support from the reception, the Guest Relation, and the Concierge, who were truly helpful. Brilliant hotel, the room was big and had a lovely view from the balcony. Meals were all delicious and staff were great. Only problem was how it was on the side of a hill and quite secluded. Coach ran regularly to Cefalù (the nearby town) which solved this problem. Swimming pool was FREEZING!!

Such a beautiful hotel, the staff here are incredibly friendly and hospitable, it is more aimed towards Italian customers which is perfect to immerse yourself in the culture. However that being said they have written English and the staff are pretty good at it too. Hotel is in a nice location, staff was very helpful. We got a room that was not renovated but even though the furniture was worn out everything was clean. We went for a 4-day golf clinic with Andrea Zanardelli which was a great, top experience. The golf courses were wonderful, views from everywhere were stunning and the staff really helpful and all very friendly. La Plage has magnificent views of the sea and the iconic Isola Bella. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are friendly and attentive. Be aware that the beach is rocky and hard to walk on and it’s difficult to enter and exit the sea for a swim. It’s easy to get up to Taormina via the funivia (cable car) for a 10€ round trip.

Such a lovely place sadly with so many problems. Ideal for families who speak french or Italian. We stayed near the end of the season - the hotel needs a tidy up - cosmetic. Coffee machines often not working. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some tweaks to menu required e.g. lots of seafood dishes on the same service - leaving little choice for those with allergies...

Nice hotel, but rooms and hallways could use a bit of work. Really loud, you know whatever happens next to you. Animation team is 5/5, restaurant is 4/5

I spent the last two weeks at this hotel. Beautiful location. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Excellent cuisine. Pasta, fish, and much more. I will definitely want to return

The location is outstanding, the gardens are manicured to refection! It is such a treat to have a real green grass in Sicily. What topped it all are the staff, most speaks a few language, all are happy to work in the place and most of all have time to share their positive thoughts about the property. We spent 4 weeks in this wonderful house. It's just gorgeous, everything is there what you need. Dishwasher, washing machine, grill, freezer and a huge garden. Super nice owners, can only be recommended.

Relax hotel is a great example of Sicilian family establishment, where one can feel like at home. Chef cook from Palermo surprise u every evening with variations of Sicilian cuisine. “Mezza pensione” is a good option, since it’s includes breakfast and supper ( 2 main courser, drink and desert). We stayed 5 nights. Of particular importance is the two pool available on the territory, small for children...

Had an amazing experience at the property....special thanks to hospitality of Mr @Frenchasco. Enjoyed the local cuisine to it's core. The most memorable of all dishes were the potato dippers and the pesto sauce freshly prepared and served with spegetti.

Nice Stay Family of four adults staying in one room. It is an older hotel and you have to drive past a depressed area, but the staff was nice, the room adequate and dinner and the breakfast was good.

We stayed here for four nights on our trip around Sicily. They have a large pool that was very refreshing since it was hot. It's a bit out of the way but an easy taxi ride to anywhere you want to go. I recommend Ortigia Island for the shopping, sights and restaurants.

A good hotel outside Ortigia and near the Greek Theater. A very large pool and always clean rooms. Excellent hospitality.

Amazing view on the sea, the hotel is little vbit vintage for me but the staff was very nice and it was a very good stay

Okay not great The hotel was clean and walking distance to the restaurants and shops area. However, our room did not have natural light; it was too dark and the window showed a patio that looked for storage. The landscape of the pool and beach area was dusty and with weeds.

Overall, it’s a quite pleasant hotel. The cleaning staff is awesome, and I really appreciate the service of one specific waitress who was serving us throughout our vacation. Nice pool! The only inconvenience I found was the shower in our room which was simply unbearable to deal with all the time.

Good room, in the annex building with a beautiful view of the sea, quiet, clean. The food was a little diverse, especially at breakfast, and weak at dinner, contrary to the written menu, it was pretentious. The coffee tastes bad. Long distance to the city, and long distance to the common transport stations for Taormina-Castelmola (exceptional cities!!!) The terminal station in the bus station is...
