Absolutely amazed by this place. Beautiful, clean, and the friendliest staff. My favorite was Claudia, who showed me Adonai Eremo AND gave the best ceramic painting class. It was a very welcomed creative part of the holiday. 10/10 would recommend going here, and look for events with Claudia - she’s the best!

Everything was clean and well taken care of. The staff there was lovely, there just weren’t enough of them! It was clear it was just after high season.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the pools are great, the location is gorgeous, and the morning yoga offered for free outside was a great way to start the day. This resort was a continuous discovery. I came here on my own, yet I never once felt alone thanks above all to the constant support from the reception, the Guest Relation, and the Concierge, who were truly helpful. Brilliant hotel, the room was big and had a lovely view from the balcony. Meals were all delicious and staff were great. Only problem was how it was on the side of a hill and quite secluded. Coach ran regularly to Cefalù (the nearby town) which solved this problem. Swimming pool was FREEZING!!

Such a beautiful hotel, the staff here are incredibly friendly and hospitable, it is more aimed towards Italian customers which is perfect to immerse yourself in the culture. However that being said they have written English and the staff are pretty good at it too. The service was up to par. The toilet was substandard, the floor was slippery, and the room facilities were old. The yogurt at breakfast was in a bucket, not a cup! Omelettes were available for an additional fee.

We went for a 4-day golf clinic with Andrea Zanardelli which was a great, top experience. The golf courses were wonderful, views from everywhere were stunning and the staff really helpful and all very friendly. La Plage has magnificent views of the sea and the iconic Isola Bella. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are friendly and attentive. Be aware that the beach is rocky and hard to walk on and it’s difficult to enter and exit the sea for a swim. It’s easy to get up to Taormina via the funivia (cable car) for a 10€ round trip.

Such a lovely place sadly with so many problems. Ideal for families who speak french or Italian. We didn’t stay at the hotel but instead visited the restaurant and bar and it was lovely! I ordered a spaghetti and tomato sauce and it was delicious and the service was incredible. Our main waiter was called Fabio I think and he was so kind! Food and atmosphere was amazing!

Don’t bother booking a suite but having a seaview is a bonus. I was given an incredibly old room on the lower level. Thankfully our request to have room changed was dealt with promptly. Enjoyed this hotel tremendously. Located in the quaint city of Trabia. A train station is nearby to take day trips to Cefalù or Palermo. The hotel has a little beach to hang out in. The breakfast comes with the stay and includes great coffee, pastries, fruit, scrambled eggs. Staff is very friendly, including the manager Angela. Note that the water in the room is not free of charge.

Stayed 3 nights due to maintenance work on the boat I was on. Reading the bad reviews, I was positively surprised when staying there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk was great everyday we were there especially Rosanna, Irene and Chiara. The wait staff in the restaurant who work morning, noon and night are amazing and couldn’t be more helpful then they were. Our rooms were beautiful and had amazing ocean views. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for four nights and loved it. The location requires a bit of a hike (or shuttle) but we didn’t mind walking off our pasta and gelato. The staff is so kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The breakfast is incredible. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed visiting the beach club at the sister hotel across town. We had a luxurious stay at Alberi! The staff kindly met our request for a better view and were so gracious. The terraces set up for breakfast are a delight and so elegant and pretty.
