Fan damn tastic. Amazing experience well worth the price of admission. The all exclusive is worth it and grants you a wide array of privileges. The drinks alone can easily make back a substantial amount of the cost back. The beach bars are particularly generous and often give you above the normal shots per drink. It's actually very pleasant, you can tell it's a bit old but they've refreshed the rooms and toilets so it doesn't feel old. It was empty so we managed to get to use the amenities, not sure during a busy period

Great place, animation team is the best I ‘ve ever seen, what a wonderful management, all people extremely customer friendly. The only minus is their “rent a car”. Very rude ladies, totally contrasting with the whole spirit of the village. The sign says that you can pay with all major credit cards, but they accept only cash.

Brilliant hotel, the room was big and had a lovely view from the balcony. Meals were all delicious and staff were great. Only problem was how it was on the side of a hill and quite secluded. Coach ran regularly to Cefalù (the nearby town) which solved this problem. Swimming pool was FREEZING!!

An amazing hotel, so friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean. It is no trouble for any of the staff to do anything for you. The bar staff are all excellent, especially bar manager Rosario. Such a beautiful hotel, the staff here are incredibly friendly and hospitable, it is more aimed towards Italian customers which is perfect to immerse yourself in the culture. However that being said they have written English and the staff are pretty good at it too. Great Place to be, beautiful views and good service, staff is helpful and caring. The rooms are clean and tidy, Air Con in good working order and well balanced, not too cold and not too hot, beds would be better with larger matrices than just 2 combined for one bed. I can’t say enough about the experience we had at this resort. Everything was truly well thought out and exceeded our expectations. We were a family in the hotel for the whole week, with kids. Not even a single negative thing, staff was always respectful and polite in every communication event. The spa and swimming pools are perfect. But doors are always closed so that you can´t enter and have to pass along the street to enter the hotel. Staff is not very welcoming. In the bathroom WC and shower cabin are so close that you have to open thé door to the cabin in ordre to sit on thé WC.

We were guests for four days, a group of 14 people between adults and children. The view is spectacular with a magnificent view of the Aeolian Islands. The rooms in the hotel are very large, comfortable and well-furnished. The restaurant serves excellent food; breakfast was also top-notch, with a wide selection of cakes and sweets. The staff, and the manager himself, were always helpful and pleasant. The location is a bit out of the way, but this also makes for very silent and restful nights, away from the noise of more crowded locations.

Two nice pools: shallow one warms quickly and is just deep enough to swim in; but you need confidence for the deep pool (it has no shallow end!). There's nowhere to walk on site except up and down the short drive - the main road is far too dangerous for pedestrians. A courtesy bus can be booked for visits to town or the allocated beach. The resort was wonderful, food was really good, the Bravo staff was great. The only improvement could be the quality of the VOI Concierge activities, we joined the Lipari/Vulcano one and it was expensive and unsatisfactory, I would suggest to future guests to check external activities not ones organised by the resort.

Schöne Zimmer und mega leckeres Essen mit vielen Variationen und Abwechslung jeden Tag! Der Strand war zudem sehr schön und sauber mit eigener Strandbar. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen, die Reisedauer von 5 Tagen fand ich für diese Unterkunft auch angemessen - für längere Aufenthalte ist das UnterhaltungsAngebot zu klein. Am besten hat uns der Strand und das Essen gefallen.

We had a lovely villa with private pool which had ample space and amenities. It felt more like a small house than a hotel room. The service all over the resort was exceptional, staff were very friendly and aimed to make your stay enjoyable. The two ocean swimming areas were fantastic. Breakfast was also delightful and diverse. The only critique would be to have a more diverse dinner menu.

One of the best places to travel when you want to relax in Sicily.. Clean room and a really beautiful place. The pool and jaccuzi is great. Not far from Syracuse with car. We spend one week at this beautiful place and will travel back for sure. 😀

Excellent hotel with amazing views of the walled city of Syracuse. Both beaches (Rocky and Sandy) were excellent. Service was excellent and easy using WhatsApp. The only caveat is there were a lot of small children that can be loud during dinner on the property. We stayed at Minareto for 5 nights in June. It far exceeded every expectation. The staff goes above and beyond and gets to know your preferences during the stay. Our rooms and views were stunning. The service at the pool or hot tubs or beach is excellent. We love the WhatsApp concierge feature. We loved the peacefulness and that the rooms aren’t in a large tower. Everything was perfect.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service, beautiful decor, and spacious, elegant rooms. We also had access to their private beach, which was a fantastic bonus—quiet, clean, and truly relaxing. Our only regret was staying just one night at the Grand Hotel Ortigia. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time! Highly recommend.

Very good hotel. Very clean and comfortable. It's a pity that I can only stay in this city for one night. Although it is not a sea view room, you can still see a piece of sea, which is more charming when combined with the garden view. The hotel is very large, and the restaurant has a 180-degree view of the sea.

A beautiful hotel set on the cliff just outside Catania - rooms are big, have AC, well serviced, great pool (30m plus x 20), great pool bar, amazing buffet breakfast, access to sea. Lovely for a family holiday.

The location of the property is good. However, the service is terrible. We didn’t feel welcomed. We observed a different level of service being offered to others than us. It might have to do with the fact that we are not Italians and we don’t speak their language. Would recommend to book Four Points by Sheraton which is only a 5 min walk on the same road.

We booked a 4 night stay here for our honeymoon. It was a very pleasant experience. Fantastic. Huge room, lots of space at the lovely pool. Always lots of towels. Free shuttle to the private beach. Free shuttle to town, although too early at 5pm. Location is in the middle of nowhere, so a car is needed, even with the free shuttle. Food and drink is expensive but expected for a 5* hotel. Menu is pretty rubbish for vegetarians but restaurants in town are good.

Nice hotel with fantastic spa. Not super modern in style but clean and comfortable. Massage and spa was first class. As hotel makes clear, it is not on the water but a good location to explore that part of Sicily.
