Structure dedicated to the French, the Italians are pushed aside.
Nice room but without balcony with half broken bathroom door and toilet flush ditto.
Repetitive menu and mediocre food for being in Sicily (typical dishes only one evening a week) The restaurant staff listless, want to work under your feet. The waiters were also always in a hurry to clear the table and took your plate away while you still had the last bite in your mouth. Always dirty breakfast cups.
Distant beach without a bar. Almost all of the sun beds are defective both on the beach and in the pool.
Structure isolated from the world.
To drink a coffee at the bar you have to specify that you want it Italian-style otherwise they make you a broth directly because the French like it that way. (Words of the barista)
To pay at the bar they give you a card on which you have to load the money, they accidentally made me pay 2 € more, as they could not give me back the money, they gave me a coke even though I had asked for the chips which cost 2 €. .in short, not only did they make a mistake (which can happen anyway) but they also decided what to give me.
Anti-covid rules present only in the restaurant.
The first and last evening they organized two buffets with snacks etc. placed on the table without any precautions (gloves etc.).
In short, a structure that I would not recommend to anyone, apart from the French.
