Hotel: Everything you need at a good price - clean rooms, daily cleaning and changing towels. Location: The bus stops are 50m away from the hotel, from which you can get everywhere. Opposite the hotel there is a cheap bar with good coffee, hotel is also close to the pharmacy, 'colors' italian restaurant and Lidl market. Breakfast: typically Italian, rather sweet, but of good quality (including good, fresh fruit). Service: trouble-free and polite - staff will borrow you a lighter, call a taxi to the airport, let you leave your luggage when your flight is in the evening. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a "citybreak" in Venice.

If you cancel your reservation, you still have to pay 100% of the booking value, even though in our case we canceled more than three weeks in advance, which meant we effectively paid double. I can understand not receiving a refund for the rental, but a 100% cancellation fee is excessive. The hotel also rejected our request, even though the cancellation was due to a medical problem.

Very clean! Front desk was friendly. Parking was nice and area offered lots of options for meals. Only downside was elevator broke and I was on the third floor.🥲

BED BUGS!!! We stayed for 1 night and we absolutely got devoured by them. Terrible experience, it’s not clean I wish I could give 0 stars. Also terrible service, tried to toast a bread in the morning and got yelled at by the staff saying I don’t need to toast anything and that the bread was fresh lol terrible is an understatement. I wish I saw a review about the bed bugs before we booked it. Please stay away and spare yourselves.

My husband and I were confused with the bad reviews because we were very happy with the hotel. It was worth it for the price we paid. Our room was clean when we arrived and there’s housekeeping everyday. The breakfast was also okay and the location was the best part! There are bus stops nearby going to Venezia and directly to the airport. Only downside is the small shower, but the bathroom is very clean so it really did not bother us. They might have improved a lot after receiving negative reviews in the past, so I hope their ratings improve more in the future 😇

Friendly helpful staff who knew at least a little English to help us out. Close to bus line 5, so direct shot to airport. Bus was crowded at 5am, but we made it on time for our flight so can't complain. Decent beds which is all we needed for the night. Did not get to try breakfast

Nice place to stay on a Budget when Visiting Venice. It is on the way to Venice from the International Airport in Venice. It is easily accessible via public transport from the Airport and also from the Island of Venice. (Please be ready to travel in crowded buses if you are planning to use public transport). The bus stop is not more than 5 mins from the hotel.
Rooms are cozy and clean but small. As many had pointed out the bathrooms are small but they were kept clean and dry. Towels were changed everyday.
The hotel is run by a family and they are very nice people. Breakfast is not great but regular breakfast items like bread, egg, croissants, fruits etc. are available along with coffee, tea and juices. A bar is also available but we never used it.

Decent place to spend a night, with essential utilities. It was missing shampoo and body lotion which are standard in hotels. They offer good A/C and a locker to store your important documents.

We did not stay at the hotel, but got lost and asked the receptionist for directions on a cold December night. She was very helpful and even offered transportation to our hotel. Great hospitality, even for non-guests! :)

I would recommend this hotel if you did not want to stay in the city of Venice and just wanted to commute both ways the bus system runs right by the hotel. You.are were about six minutes from the airport. They have a shuttle service. There was a great little restaurant about a block away that we visited twice while we were there

Super helpful staff. Bus # 5 is just outside the hotel and will take you to the Venice ferry terminal. Clean and bright and modern hotel. Great stay.

Friendly staff with clean rooms and comfortable beds with good AC. We only stayed one night and in the morning of checkout we couldn’t use the shower as it has lots of black mold. Unfortunately we didn’t notice this when checking in. When I brought it to the attention of the hotel they told us that we should have informed them and they might have been able to give us a new room. We would’ve informed them earlier had we noticed when we checked in. In my opinion a room with black mold should not be assigned to a guest from the beginning

Great hotel, very nice, and rooms fully updated and spacious. Service desk was exceptional all providing great service and help for all questions. Hotel located 5m walk to the #5 bus providing quick transportation to Venice bus depot and boat taxi. Breakfast was good. Hotel was a great price for the high value provided. Excellent hotel with affordable price with lots of great amenities and close to center city and very close to airport. Hotel provides shuttle service and helps you obtain cabs. Great Hotel very glad chose this one. Les United States 🇺🇸 Charlotte, NC. Left here to go on 7day Mediterranean cruise starting in Raveena!!
