Unlike previous stays, the first room smelled musty, and in the bathroom, the bidet was practically touching the toilet – a thin leg could barely fit. The other room was quite dirty, and some things weren't working.

The buffet breakfast waitress refused to bring more hard boiled eggs to the serving table when we requested at 9:50 am, when there was still plenty of time left until the closing time of 10:30 am. The croissants were extremely dry and old, NOT FRESH at all. We did not expect these to be happened, considering the breakfast was paid separately from the room we booked.

Facilities: Absolutely mediocre. Is this really a three-star hotel, or did they pull some strings to get that rating? The entire place is rundown; everything, from the room to the bathroom, is old and worn out.
Service: The service was practically non-existent! On top of that, the rooms had terrible soundproofing, the shower was leaking, and the bathroom mirror looked like it was about to fall off.

Where to start ? Dirty rooms, worn out furniture, everything outdated. The first room we booked was like an oven with no ac working(beginningof june and top floor room), after speaking with the receptionist we were assured that it was working and we have to play around with the settings. We did try again and went out for a walk, came back nothing changed. Eventually the receptionist did come up to check and he was "surprised " to find out the room was that hot. Anyway the good thing i can say is that we were promptly moved to another room on a lower floor. At least there was some AC working, but the room was in the same state - dirty, worn out and with shady bed sheets and mattresses. Few positive things are semi secured parking, location close to venice and lowish price. Definitely doubt it deserves 3 stars.

I had booked this hotel for one night for my husband’s birthday but sadly last minute he was hospitalised, we could not travel in the end. I had asked for a refund or even partial refund but they refused my request.

You enter into a lovely foer and are welcomed by lovely service. Then you enter your room with two single beds pushed together, one a camp bed (?) With uncomfortable mattresses laid atop. The shower doesn't drain properly, the breakfast is average. Only plus is they have boiled eggs. They dont provide a kettle in the rooms nor do they let you use there microwave. Is in a good location if you don't walk 40min in the wrong direction 😅

We were booked into this hotel after buying the mystery deal on wowcher. It's quite a way from venice centre and sadly not much around to keep tourists going. However there is a bus stop close by that you can get to mestre centre and venice. There is a lively little diner a few minutes walk away. The rooms are outdated but everywhere is clean, the staff are brilliant and helpful. It's not a 5 star, if you want robes and slippers and luxuries pay 5 star prices.
