Location was alright if you don’t want to stay at Venice itself. The lady reception was very friendly and welcoming but the experience was marred by the next day by a middle aged male reception that was so rude and condescending . I asked him about the refill of the mineral water and he rolled his eyes and said “so what do you want? You want water? There!” I’m so appalled cos I never encountered this type of rudeness in service industry.

The hotel's location is fine, but Google Maps had it marked incorrectly, so I initially went to the wrong place. Check-in is at 2 PM, and they offer luggage storage. This hotel was the most expensive of my entire trip to Italy, yet it had the smallest room. The soundproofing is poor; you can clearly hear noise from the hallway, and the elevator is slow.

The room was quite nice, and the hotel's decor, including the wallpaper color, had a European flair. However, the room was a bit small. On the plus side, the location is excellent; it's just a two-minute walk to the train station, and there's a parking lot nearby.

Well located near Venezia Mestre train station. All good, however, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, old instalation.

Good location, just across the street from Venezia Metre Station. It's convenient to take train to Venezia S. Lucia. Room is ok, quite spacious. Bed is ok.

Very near to Venice Mestre Station. Overall good stay. The sliding door for the bathroom fell down when we use it. But they fixed it for us upon request.

Make sure you call the frontdesk to turn On the AC. Close proximity to the train station & good variety of restaurants. Bare basics amenities but good customer service 😘

Great front desk staff. Great location directly across from train station. The rooms are nice, our family room had two nice beds perfect for a family of 4. However, the room was very small but configured really well - almost like two separate rooms with lots of shelf space. Just no floor space. Breakfast was decent too. Not a great view if you want that. I do recommend staying here though and taking a 10 minute train over to Venice. Much more cost effective and less stressful than bringing luggage across Venice.
