Clean and comfortable hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. No noise issues, even though I had a connecting room which do often cause issues. Room was perfect for my needs and spotlessly clean.
Hotel doesn't offer the same selection of interesting local beers as the nearby Mercure, only Peroni. Took 11 minutes to be served at bar, but they were dealing with a large group in the restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay at Novotel Venezia for family trip. Convenient to reach by car, comfortable beds, silent room, games for kids, helpful staff, store nearby, car parking, and 15min to Venice by car. Special highlight was the breakfast - it’s wonderful! Highly recommended place.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and recommended many great places to visit. The room itself was quite clean and tidy, with plenty of space. However, it's a bit of a walk to the bus stop downstairs, and it's a little far from the city center. Overall, it offers great value for money.

This hotel is a bit far from Venice's main attractions, and the facilities and interior feel like something out of the 90s. However, the bedding isn't too bad, so it's decent value for money.

The room was good and the amenities were okay. However, if you care about breakfast, I advise you NOT to go to this hotel.
We checked-in this place from the 24th-25th, so this took place on Christmas morning. As part of a tour group, we were given vouchers to eat from 6:00 to 6:45 AM. This was the communicated time to our tour leader.
From the get-go, at around 6:10, the hostess bluntly told one of us “Why only come now, you only have until 6:45.” When another one of us came at around 6:25, she then said “You only have 10 minutes left,” while pointing at her watch. We thought it was weird they were being so paranoid about the time considering the place was near-empty (and even after we left, there was no queue) but we understood that they might just be strict about time.
When another one of us tried coming in at around 6:35, they refused him from coming in. When we asked why, they said that they needed to clean the place at 6:35. We needed to leave because we’re only supposed to be there until 6:45. We all instantly left at their request.
My questions to the hotel and their rude staff:
1) What is the point of allotting us that time frame only to make it until 6:35 AM “for cleaning”? If it’s because you want the place to be organized and timely, why not communicate that time properly to us?
2) If you only do allot us 35 minutes for breakfast, do you think that’s enough for your guests? Additionally, why is it your business if your guests only want to eat for the last 10 minutes of breakfast service? Do you think it’s right to refuse them service even if you obviously still have the place to accommodate that ONE person?
3) Just to put the cherry on top, you allowed two other people from our same tour group (with the same vouchers) at around 6:50. If you’re really strict about time, why were they allowed in, while you treated us like we didn’t deserve to have a normal breakfast too?

We thought it’s a good idea to stay here as we are self driving. Location is good with parking, 9 euro per night. The room is spacious and comfortable

Shower was bad. My recommendation: stopper the bath when showering. That way you save water when you take a bath😭 The shower is♨️🥶🥵❄️otherwise solid hotel. Stayed as part of a group tour. Breakfast was good. Beds great. Clean and quiet. Bring your own hair conditioner

My family and I were very satisfied with the well-maintained room at a reasonable price. It was really hard to find good accommodations in Mestre, but Novotel turned out to be a great choice for us.
