The hotel was quite clean, and parking was very convenient. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on it. For those traveling by car, the hotel's location is really handy; it's not far from the main island of Venice, and there are plenty of dining options easily accessible by car nearby.

Facilities: Very comprehensive and excellent.
Hygiene: Very clean, spotless.
Environment: Surrounded by large shopping malls for dining, supermarkets for groceries, and a whole lot more.
Service: Very attentive. Just tell them what you need, and the front desk even sells bus cards!

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I really appreciated the thoughtful pillow menu with multiple options – I chose the latex pillow and slept even better. It truly lives up to IHG standards. Plus, there's a large shopping mall nearby, which made dining and shopping super convenient.

Location not in the city centre but accessible to public transport. Hotel is new and comfortable.

The hotel is quite new but a bit out of the way. It's quite far from the station, about 4 kilometers. If it's your first time here and you're not familiar with public transport, it can be a bit confusing. Uber rides are super expensive in this area. Once you get familiar with the bus routes, it's manageable, and the bus service nearby is actually quite fast.

I overlooked the room size when booking; the photos made it appear quite large, but a 22 sq m room with a sofa bed felt incredibly cramped. It's located in a suburban area with an Aldi supermarket nearby, which is convenient if you're driving. The Ctrip booking indicated breakfast for two, but since our room was reserved for three people, they provided three portions. Breakfast finishes quite early. We missed it on the first day because we woke up too late, but we tried it on the second day and found it to be pretty good.

Overall, I'd say it was just average. The facilities were decent, but the location is quite remote. You'll need a taxi to get to the city center, and there are no restaurants nearby. On the bright side, the room itself was relatively new and clean.

15 minutes walking distance from the train station (to the train that takes you to Venice). Room is fairly comfortable. Food is lovely (standard voco). Maybe in case of large groups staying the F&B department could organise a separate seated section (as 2 mornings out of 3 they are run out cups, food).

The overall atmosphere is quite pleasant, and the price is reasonable. I often choose to stay here when I'm on a business trip. The rooms are good, and it's only about a 30-minute drive to Venice. If you're on a budget, this place is a solid option. The service is also pretty good.
