Good location with large supermarket next to the hotel

Perfect location, with buses to Venice just right in front of the hotel, and the buses run till late. Best if the front-desk staff could smile a bit more, but were generally still okay.

Was really worried about the quality of this hotel as lots of reviews are bad. However, I can say it is okay and clean, no strange smell, not the best but worth what I paid.
There is a bus stop opposite to the hotel, can take the bus directly to Venice, very convenient.

Excellent location and friendly staff. Bus stops in front of hotel’ s entrance connecting you with the city of Venice and the airport. Great value for money

The location is an excellent as the bus to Venice main island is directly in front of the hotel and there is a supermarket just beside the hotel. Also there is a McDonald’s restaurant and a mega supermarket 5 mins away. Room is clean also but the only minus point is weak and slow wifi . Hope this can be improved.

The bedsheets were very dirty, with blood stains and hair on them.
Only one receptionist at the front desk, very slow in serving guests. I asked another staff sitting another side to help me in checking in but was rejected.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 days . The staff and the amenities where good . The hotel is in best location easily access to venice and walking distance to railway station

The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making my stay very comfortable. Its convenient location, just a 10-minute walk from the station, was a major plus. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which allowed me to relax and unwind after a busy day.

Bus stop to the airport and Venice are right in front. Bars, grocery and fruit stores all around. Location is excellent. The room was huge and comfortable. A little hot. No view. They have shutters that needs to be lowered by staff if you raise it. The showers were handicap friendly and there was no way to stop water from messing up the bathroom floors. TV was small for the room but we hardly used it.

Hotel Delfino, despite being rated 4 stars, does not meet the standards expected in this category. The staff is friendly and helpful, which is one of the few positive aspects of the stay, but the hotel itself is in urgent need of modernization.

The room I stayed in was clean, but it lacked basic amenities. There wasn’t even a glass or cup for water, let alone a kettle, tea, or bottled water. In a 4-star hotel, one would expect at least a tea and coffee set, a few tea bags, sugar, and bottled water as standard. Instead, I found a note stating that I could pay €3 for a coffee capsule, which seems absurd for a hotel of this category.
