What was originally planned as a one-night stay turned into four nights, which says everything about our experience here. The exceptional customer service truly set this hotel apart. When we needed to change rooms, the staff handled our request seamlessly and made everything easy and stress-free.
During our stay, Auran, Hanane, and Alina were outstanding, helping with breakfast and room service and going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their attention to detail was remarkable — remembering small things, communicating clearly, and anticipating our needs. The front desk staff were also amazing, professional, and friendly, even if we can’t remember all their names.
The hotel also has a great location, with a bus stop about a five-minute walk away that takes you directly into Venice, making it very convenient to explore the city.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel with top-tier service, helpful staff, and a convenient location.

During my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Venice Mestre, Auran, Hanane, and Alina truly stood out. Each of them was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, and they consistently went above and beyond to make things smooth and comfortable. What I appreciated most was their attention to detail—they remembered small things, communicated clearly, and were proactive in helping before I even had to ask. Their service made a real difference in the quality of our stay. Thank you, Auran, Hanane, and Alina, for the excellent hospitality!

This is honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Only ONE lift was working, and I had to queue for over 30 minutes just to get into the lift. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this size.
Breakfast was another disaster. They clearly don’t have enough seating for their guests, and we had to take turns just to sit down and eat. It felt more like a crowded cafeteria than a hotel restaurant.
Overall, the hotel is poorly managed and unable to handle the number of guests they accept. Definitely not worth the price, and I will not be coming back.

27/09/23: checked in. had problem with my room key. managed to get a housekeeping staff to open for me.
28/09/23: room key couldn't worked 3 times this morning. had to go down from the 6th floor to reception on the ground floor 3 times to get my room open.
3rd time at reception: frustrated & fuming exacerbated by a rude haughty front service staff who seems to have this idea that she is doing me a favour. she said that my key is for a room on the 3rd floor while my room is on the 6th. somehow, i have an inkling that she has this mindset because she is a karen.
many of my fellow travellers of 31 pax had issues with room keys; a few had issues with cleanliness, aircon, toiletries & or front service.

My friends and i stayed here for 2 days - absolutely recommend this hotel. Some of the most helpful staff we have experienced in italy (special shoutout to Elenora who helped sort out our rooms and travel).
Rooms are decent - good value for money (as compared to the hotels we stayed in verona and florence for similar price range at least).
The location is a bit farther way but there’s a bus station right opposite the hotel and train station 750m away which will take you to and from venice. Be sure to buy the vaperato and public transport pass as it helps to get around (€25 per day and €35 for 2 days)

Overall, a good enough hotel. But a few things are lacking. It’s decently clean but could be better. Breakfast is ok, but could be better for the level of the hotel. And they have decent options including smoked salmon. Don’t expect a top service hotel and it’s going to be just fine.

The rooms were decent, though smaller than expected, but what truly left a negative impression was the treatment we received from the staff during breakfast. To our disbelief, we were told we had only five minutes left to finish eating—this was before 7:30 a.m. (take note we were not informed that there was such a time limit). The rush to eat quickly was both stressful and unpleasant.
What’s worse, we had arrived early (exactly 6:30am) specifically to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, yet one particular staff member, a blonde woman with curly hair, repeatedly pressured us to vacate our table, claiming another group was waiting for our spot. This was baffling, as there were plenty of empty seats available in the lounge. It felt like we were being singled out, which was both rude and unprofessional.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a hotel chain under Marriott’s name. I’ve stayed at many reputable hotels, but this experience was by far the most disappointing, also a first I must say. Unless the management addresses these issues, I cannot recommend staying here.
