Hotels with beach in Villasimius

The sunbeds and towels at the beach are free, except for the 2 front rows and there is a café there for drinks etc

There is a private beach that belongs to the hotel, it is a 10 min walk away or you can get a buggy which is constantly running

The only downside was the toilets, there are none at the beach itself, you have to walk 2 mins to the restaurant and use those

Excellent food and good facilities. Close to beach and local town with free shuttle service to both locations. 7 night stay is enough as not much to see or do. Evening entertainment begins at 10pm

What a wonderful place to stay, we were upgraded to room 3120, which was lovely, on the ground floor, double aspect windows with French doors opening out to a large balcony. It was spotless and the service was impeccable

Another night we ate at the restaurant by the beach, which I thought was very good and not badly priced

Lovely family friendly resort hotel directly at a stunning turquoise blue beach with a beautiful rock in front of the beach in the water and fantastic food all day, great breakfast buffet with friendly staff and service, fresh fruit, yoghurt & muesli, charcuterie and smoked seafood and eggs/omelettes to order and evening buffet with fantastic BBQ both seafood/fish which Nicola keeps incredibly juicy...

He has a brilliant sense of humour and really made our stay all the more enjoyable! I would not want to be assisted by any other waiter at Falkensteiner Capo Boi and I hope he will be there on our next trip! Thank you Marcello!

From the very first moment, his warm personality and professionalism made us feel so welcome. He was attentive without ever being intrusive, always anticipating what we needed before we even had to ask

We stayed here September 2024 so a bit of a late review but felt i had to write one as we had such a great holiday here. We were a little sceptical as it wasn't adults only but the overall experience far outweighed that

She is always there, with a smile, a fantastic client approach and takes the best care of you. You go out of the spa feeling truly cared for, relaxed and pampered. Massages are incredible, and always worth booking

You could tell he had genuine knowledge and passion, which made it extra special. Marcello’s charm, efficiency, and authenticity made us feel more like valued guests than just customers

Spiaggia Campus is a pleasant 20-minute walk, or you can use their shuttle service to Villasimius and various beaches. Parking is adequate, which isn’t always guaranteed in Sardinian coastal towns

The staff deserve particular credit: genuinely friendly and professional without the forced hospitality you often get at this price point. The pool area is well-maintained and the location works beautifully

The hotel clearly understands what premium hospitality should feel like: effortless, clean, and genuinely welcoming. What I Didn’t Like: The bar pricing is genuinely shocking across the board

Rooms are surprisingly large with big, comfortable beds and that sea view you’re paying for. Cleanliness is excellent throughout – clearly a property that takes maintenance seriously

September evenings were blissfully quiet, punctuated nicely by good live music on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday nights – a quality touch that adds real atmosphere

€9 for imported German beer is steep, but even local Ichnusa costs €6 for a mere 33cl bottle – more expensive than Oktoberfest, which takes some doing

Nowhere on ******* does it say you have to pay for the cabanas on the beach, or for extra towels, everything in the mini bar (although this one is hit or miss, a lot of the 4 star places I stay in usually have the first round free and then anything extra is added one)

The food is delicious, almost gourmet style and servings are more then enought. Location is perfect, hotel is almost at the beach, walk to the town center takes about 10 minutes. Hotel has own beach and a beach bar

Pool is small, but who needs the pool when You have a warm crystal clear sea? If You like to snorkle or spearfish, there’s a nice spot just in front of the hotel beach, not that far of the shore, spot is marked with the buoy

This is by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, right on the beach. Giovanni, Eduardo, Antonino, Genny, Reuben, to name a few made our stay so pleasurable. We can’t wait to go back next year

The beach is one of the must to see beaches on the island. Only one thing is missing there, the restroom, but if in need You can always go to the hotel

Coctails are tasty and made how they supposed to be made, both in the lobby bar and in the beach bar

A nice, clean & welcoming in the country but at the same time close to the beach. I would stay there again without second thoughts.

An incredible beach with sun loungers and umbrellas included in the hotel service.

Every detail of this property was beautiful and the staff are very attentive and caring. They take great pride.

Disappointing according to price and description. When we arrived they charged us extra 10€ per person per night for mandatory service fee. Our room was in the main building. The air condition didn’t work

Very nice hotel, enjoyed the stay. We had a family room for 4 adults. Shuttle to beach reliable and the hotel beach was excellent. Breakfast and dinner buffets of very good standard, very fresh

Fantastic pool , great food and atmosphere! Very accommodating behind reception with booking taxis and giving great recommendations

plus StellaMaris offers free sunbeds just on the beach. plus sunbeds on garden terrace will offer you a great view. I stayed in other hotels of Villasimus. my favorite hotel is Stella Maris

Very nice place, view is fantastic. We booked a suite from last year but we got the wrong one. Thanks God we could change nest day. Beach and Garden are fantastic

Housekeeping worked very hard to keep everything spotless and the gardens and pool and beach areas really clean and well kept

Amazing reception staff, amazing colors bistro staff! Beautiful facility and access to the beach!

Good: Location Beach, shallow, warm and crystal clear sea Nice pool and gardens Food Most members of staff Not so good: Restaurant service is slow, especially at breakfast Service can also be very haphazard Cost, food and drink is expensive Lack of electrical sockets in room Dressing table has no mirror or adequate lighting Bad: Beware of their VIP package

A very big thank you to Flora and all the team in Reception who were so helpful with our enquiries. Looking forward to coming back next year

Very beautiful beach and outdoor spaces. Friendly and available waiters and staff. Rooms need to be updated and are not at all level of a 4 star hotel. We expected a way higher standard for a 700$ stay for one night

Wonderful hotel with beautiful garden area. Everything is within 500 feet walking distance (Room, ocean, restaurant). Perfect place with children, very friendly staff and food is outstanding

If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy family vacation this is it. Haven been coming back here over the last 40 years

Giacomo at the restaurant was just a hard worker and always made sure we were happy with our experience the whole time

Lovely hotel right by the sea! The staff are super friendly and always ready to help

The rooms are old-fashioned (at least the one we stayed in) but spotlessly clean and a reasonable size. We stayed on the half-board option, and dinners felt like we were in a fine dining restaurant

Very friendly and accommodating staff and great chef who made us incredible dinners each night. Perfect location as it’s just a 5 minute walk down to the sea (they have a private beach) and close to the town

Love the newly renovated hotel rooms very close to the beach! The air conditioning was perfect, the rooms size and beds were very large and super comfortable, and the bathrooms are upgraded and modern

The rooms also have a large, lovely patio with a water view on the 2nd floor. I was skeptical to book based on some of the reviews but, the location and photos of the newly renovated rooms looked nice

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in to learn our rooms included an amazing multi-course, gourmet dinner every night. The menu had a lot of variety and options and all of the food was delicious

All of the staff and servers were amazing including the general manager who said goodbye to us at checkout and told us they are going to continue the remodel throughout the property

the pool area is open 9-7, it’s pretty much empty, gets little busy with kids by the end of the day. There is restaurant on site opened whole day, for reasonable prices. It is 5 mins walk to the beach

Kind, friendly, very helpful staff. The right size of resort big enough but not to big. Breakfast and coffee are great. Rooms comfortable with air con. The beach is stunning and a relatively short walk or shuttle ride

Beautiful place, amazing garden, pool, view, friendly staff. There is a shuttle bus to the beach, no longer the path that used to be there from the residence, but finally we didn’t mind

The beach is just a short 3-minute shuttle ride or an easy 8-minute walk away. It’s located at the end of the path and feels peaceful and private, which we really appreciated

The view of the sea and the beach that we enjoyed on our terrace and even from our apartment was breathtaking. The garden is gorgeous, the sea was spectacular, just like crystal

Fab place, located right by villasimius’ famous unspoiled beaches. Stunning. Beautiful gardens and pool. Super clean, friendly, helpful English (and French) speaking staff.

Clean rooms, would be nice if in the kitchenette we could find salt or pepper. Great localization, near beach and Villasimius (nice walk)

We had a great stay at Fiore Di Maggio. Breakfast above expectation! Nice swimming pool (amazing deep part for diving instructions!), perfect location next to a semi-private beach

The food in the restaurant is excellent (I had the nicest orata I've ever tasted) and the prices are very reasonable. The location right next to the beach is also a big plus

We have been there in the restaurant only and enjoyed it a lot, trying Sardinian Porceddu and local fish dishes. Amazing! Everything was excellently cooked, very friendly service

And also really good food in the half-board menu. I think this hotel offers best value for money in the neighbourhood (with a lot of high end hotels next door for sure)

I understand the 4+ Star Review, great people. I am enjoying the people and the area. I recommend.

There was a really nice atmosphere here thanks to the amazing staff and the very attentive owner who made us feel very welcome

We stayed in a different resort nearby, but had our dinner several times in the restaurant. Our experience was always beyond excellent, we tried at least 10 different dishes and each of them were exceptional

Good selections from their menu. Chef does create food item; that resemble homemade, the pizzas were great, but only available (as normally is the practice) for evening dinners

Spectacular! Fresh and very delicious food. Also, very nice team of staff. Well done

Fabulous & relaxing stay for us at Su Giganti This is a very beautiful small hotel located only minutes from a lovely beach (walk) and multiple eateries (both walk + short drive)

Fantastic location, lovely pool and gardens, good restaurants and beach service. Receptionists were super attentive and offered lots of recommendations which we appreciated

What a beautiful hotel. The gardens were stunning. Staff exceptional. Restaurant really good quality. Bus stop across the road. Walk to beach quick and beach Beautiful.

Great place, the beach, the sea is gorgeous, absolutely normal rooms, super food, the option of Turkey but in Italy and with good service and attitude

The beach was just perfect for my toddler to enjoy all day long. The Aqua gym( dance at the beach) was the highlight for me during the trip

Also, very helpful and informative and made us participate in few games at the beach. Rooms were clean and it house keeping would come everyday

It wasn't noisy at all near the rooms! A train would be going around to take you to places inside the campus! A few things that bothered us was drinking water was only available at the restaurant and the house keeping won't provide new bottle everyday

Very polite and spoke perfect English too! After Dinner there was Kids's disco planned every night, which my toddler loved going to. Niccolo ( the animator ) was a great moderator at the kid's disco

The staff was super energetic and made us all groove in the water right after the breakfast! Food was great for adults as well as for the small ones

Whilst not on the beach nor in town everywhere is a short stroll which earns the destinations reward. Pool onsite for windy days and sunbed and umbrella comes with accommodation at the beach

Perfetta for a couple of 50 something Australians

You walk ~12min to the beach, where there is a private space for hotel guests with sunbeds & beach umbrellas. You can also walk into the city where there are several restaurants & shops

A fantastic surprise, very well kept property, comfortable, clean and well furnished apartment with all comforts, fantastic garden with swimming pool, quiet and 10 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach in Villasimius and 5 minutes from the centre

The price includes a deckchair and umbrella service on the nearby beach (5-10 minute walk). Excellent structure in itself , but also as a base to then visit the various beaches of Porto Giunco, Costa Rei, Cala Sinzias

(But you have to buy dishwashing soap & towels). The biggest negative point was that you can hear everything through the walls. Each morning at around 7am the trashtruck comes and makes a lot of noise

We went at a time that town was quiet so I would imagine it's quite lively in the summer. Very clean, breakfast is lovely a nice variety of food. Very near main area of town and beach less than kilometre away

Parking is available at little extra payment, as well as special reserved sunbed on the public beach. Very good stay for the summer holidays

Got the impression from website that it was situated at top of beach but not too disappointed

It has a relaxing atmosphere with friendly staffs around. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a supermarket and quite a few restaurants nearby as well as a rent a bike store right next door! Great location

Best small hotel in Villasiums, great local, great staff and try the hotel's restaurant La Grill, you will not be disappointed, will return again and again ☺???

Good Boutique Hotel with a small number of rooms made in a cozy Sardinia style. Very nice stuff, good cleaning every day
