Residence Fenicia in Villasimius

Fab place, located right by villasimius’ famous unspoiled beaches. Stunning. Beautiful gardens and pool. Super clean, friendly, helpful English (and French) speaking staff.

We had a fabulous stay. Kind, friendly, very helpful staff. The right size of resort big enough but not to big. Breakfast and coffee are great. Rooms comfortable with air con. Pool deck view amazing.
The beach is stunning and a relatively short walk or shuttle ride. Town is a bit further but not unmanageable- fun Tuk Tuk taxis are €20 each way.
It was great choice for our family get away.

Beautiful place, amazing garden, pool, view, friendly staff. Dated rooms. There is a shuttle bus to the beach, no longer the path that used to be there from the residence, but finally we didn’t mind. The shuttle works very well and the driver Simone is very nice. We love the place, visited for the second time and we’ll be back. Our son (9) had a great time there too, a lot to do, he also loved the cats. Thank you!!!

Clean rooms, would be nice if in the kitchenette we could find salt or pepper. Great localization, near beach and Villasimius (nice walk). Great service, once you decide to start your day with specific type of coffee, the personel would remember and bring you every day what you like to drink. Strongly recommend breakfasts. Very nice garden and surroundings.

A Wonderful Stay at Residence Fenicia!

We had such a lovely experience at Residence Fenicia! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Rose, the bartender, was especially warm and friendly—always smiling and such a pleasure to chat with. The shuttle driver was also incredibly kind and helpful, making it easy to get around when needed.

The beach is just a short 3-minute shuttle ride or an easy 8-minute walk away. It’s located at the end of the path and feels peaceful and private, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained—clean rooms, a gorgeous pool, and a spacious outdoor terrace perfect for lounging and enjoying the view.

One of our favorite parts was the group of about 10 adorable cats that live on the property. They’re clearly well cared for by the staff and add a charming, homey touch to the stay.

Restaurants and bars are about an 18-minute walk or a 7-minute drive, so it’s close enough for convenience but still tucked away enough for a relaxing atmosphere.

If I had to give any suggestions, it would be to add a full-length mirror in the rooms, consider some fruit fly control, and perhaps install more street lighting near the hotel for better visibility and safety at night. These are small things compared to the overall experience, which was fantastic.

Highly recommend Residence Fenicia for a relaxing getaway with great service, kind people, and beautiful surroundings!

We had a very pleasant stay at Fenicia towards the end of July, with temperatures reaching as high as 40 degrees. The view of the sea and the beach that we enjoyed on our terrace and even from our apartment was breathtaking. The garden is gorgeous, the sea was spectacular, just like crystal. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and quiet. We would love to come back!

Excellent location a few minutes from the sea, reachable with the shuttle made available by the residence. Well-kept beach with sunbeds, palm-leaf umbrellas and shower available. Shallow and crystalline sea for many meters. We stayed in studio flat 29B surrounded by a lush vine plant (in our opinion the best accommodation in the residence) with a breathtaking view and a huge terrace where you can have lunch/dinner and hang out. Inside the apartment you will find everything you need (linens and beach towels / dish kit with sponge, kitchen cloth and detergent) Kitchen well stocked with dishes and pots. Beautifully maintained residence! Excellent cleaning! Large swimming pool + whirlpool overlooking the sea, cleaned every morning The staff is always with a smile and extremely helpful! On the last day we left the room at 10:00 but we still stopped at the beach, then for lunch in the residence bar and in the afternoon at the pool! A huge shower is available for those who have left the room and want to settle down before leaving. Shaded parking for cars A few minutes from the center of Villasimius. The only reason I didn't give full marks is that the hob could do with something new and the boiler in the bathroom was quite noisy! But they are only small precautions that do not take anything away from the splendid stay! We hope to return soon

An irreplaceable paradise spot!! Amazing apartments, full equipment inside them, a wonderful swimming pool and staff's kindness.And at last but not the least, such a gorgeous and magic private beach!
