Green Village Resort in Villasimius

Perfetta.....
Whilst not on the beach nor in town everywhere is a short stroll which earns the destinations reward.
Pool onsite for windy days and sunbed and umbrella comes with accommodation at the beach.

All in all a very nice hotel. Location is good. You walk ~12min to the beach, where there is a private space for hotel guests with sunbeds & beach umbrellas. You can also walk into the city where there are several restaurants & shops.

The room itself is good. Even with a small kitchen. (But you have to buy dishwashing soap & towels).
The biggest negative point was that you can hear everything through the walls. Each morning at around 7am the trashtruck comes and makes a lot of noise. There was a generator right on our balcony. It randomly started during the night, also making a lot of noise.

We stayed 3 nights at the residence. The structure is clean, the rooms are not too large but adequate for holidays, our house also had a patio with an outdoor table, an outdoor shower (very useful when returning from the sea). We made use of the swimming pool (although not too large) and went to the sea (it's not very close on foot especially if you have small children, but it's doable) splendid! The guys at the bar were very kind as was the girl who welcomed us at reception. Honest prices.

A fantastic surprise, very well kept property, comfortable, clean and well furnished apartment with all comforts, fantastic garden with swimming pool, quiet and 10 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach in Villasimius and 5 minutes from the centre... excellent location! !

We stayed for 4 nights at the end of May. The resort is small, but the grounds were beautiful and well kept. Room was okay in traditional setting. Clean but can do with some refurbishment. Can do very light cooking in the kitchen, not very well equipped - no kettle provided nor a pan. Pool was too cold when we were there but it would be nice in the peak of summer. Good sized kids pool for splashing about. Beach was 15-20 mins walk. You can drive if you want, with free parking. The resort provided sunbeds and umbrella. It was supposed to be 2 sunbeds per room but as there weren’t many people, we were allowed four. We walked the length of the beach from end to end, the other end near Simius was more beautiful - clear, emerald waters with fish swimming near the shore. Sardinia is expensive so don’t expect luxury with the price you pay. The hotel is a 3 star.

Very nice spot to relax

Very beautiful and well-kept residence within walking distance (10 pleasant minutes) from the center of Villasimius... Comfortable apart-hotel type rooms with kitchenette, crockery and dining/living area, large balcony with a nice large table where, in our case, potentially 8 of us can eat comfortably (!!) overlooking the pool and garden... Quiet despite some families with small children, well-stocked bar in the pool area that can be used for breakfast... obviously they don't have kitchens and dining areas as they are only residence type apartments and villas, but there is a large area in the garden with various shared barbecues that can be used by residents... The price includes a deckchair and umbrella service on the nearby beach (5-10 minute walk)... Excellent structure in itself , but also as a base to then visit the various beaches of Porto Giunco, Costa Rei, Cala Sinzias... Nice experience and to be considered for future stays in the area...
