Very clean and well cared for. Very courteous and helpful managers. The breakfast is also excellent.

Friendly and very welcoming owners. Clean and spacious room with fantastic sea view. Delicious and assorted breakfast. Beach bar run by friendly staff who immediately put us at ease, making our stay very pleasant. Excellent dishes. We had a great four days. Thank you.

A little gem for those who want to live with the family, free from hotel and timetable obligations, free from intrusive questions about entrances and exits. Your room with useful services and accessories, excellent and abundant breakfast, beach opposite the entrance to the villa and everything is the basis for visiting Silvi marina, the pearl of the Adriatic and let's not forget the small pine forest overlooking the sea that helps to breathe fresh air deeply.

A small but comfortable hotel where you feel like family. The owners are exquisite and nice people. And what about the extraordinary location a few meters from the beach with a beautiful and well-equipped beach always managed by the same people. In the lido you can taste a few dishes but freshly cooked and of excellent quality. Too bad that the beach is closed in the evening but there is no shortage of places to have a good dinner. I brought my small dog and he too appreciated the cool pine forest near the beach and the pampering he received from the owners of the hotel and from the other guests. I enjoyed it and recommend it to everyone.
