Gran Baita Hotel Ristorante in Gressoney-Saint-Jean

The rooms were great and the hotel is very nice. The lady who run the place did so much for us, much more than expected. She drove us to a resturant with her car since there was no available taxi. She went to the grocery and bought us lunch boxes to the road. Really great hospitality!

Just returned after a week in this lovely hotel..we miss it already! Perfect location to reach the center on foot but far enough to enjoy relaxation and silence with a splendid view of Monte Rosa. We dined twice at the restaurant which offers really good traditional dishes with attention to detail. A special mention for Silvia, Marcello and all the staff, we felt welcomed and pampered like at home. Congratulations and keep it up!

We dined at this small hotel-restaurant the first time visiting by chance, and returned a second time with conviction after a great experience. Friendly and jovial service, above the typical Aosta Valley standard. Excellent cuisine, careful choices even in the wines. The non-trivial dishes presented with aesthetic taste, well above a three-star hotel. The restaurant area is very nice and welcoming, with attention to the smallest details, with a very pleasant background music. What can I say, congratulations to the staff! Full marks!!
