Food is very good. Room was clean and staff overall was very attentive. However there was one bad experience with a barista who said inappropriate/rude things to me when I was ordering a drink that really downgraded my stay. Its unfortunate because otherwise I would've given a 5 stars.

This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location, right next to the Duke's palace in Aosta, a great place to visit The underground garage is a boon. Our room was great, with a lovely new bathroom. The breakfast was as good as in many much more pricey places. The only caveat was that the doors in and out of the garage were a bit narrow for a modern car.

Hotel Berthod is in the perfect location, has spacious and beautiful rooms and food that is terrific. The very friendly staff went above the call of duty for us. We stayed here with in a large group of friends, rent thing eight rooms. The location in perfect, the staff is accommodating and very helpful, and the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The only thing, if I have to find one, the rooms are a bit small. But for the price, I def cannot complain! ;)

The hotel is on a very noisy road. Rooms have no AC (expected) and no ventilation, which means you have to open your windows to get any oxygen into the room. But when you open the window, you hear all traffic from the busy street.

Recently renovated, the rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet is varied and includes quality products. The staff is very pleasant and always attentive. The only thing we could improve is the chairs, both on the terrace and in the room, are very uncomfortable. At a vacation hotel, you go to be comfortable, not just sleep. That said, this detail doesn't diminish our rating, which is 9/10.

Very nice hotel, great decoration, very nice rooms. Everything is very clean. The stuff is very helpful and willing to share advices about the area. The view from the room is fantastic.

Very good location It was very nice. We wasn't use to order the swimming pool in advance so we had some disappointment from the young jeneration. Do to the perfect location you dont need to walk for long from the bus stetion with the ski equipment.

I stayed at three properties in Courmayeur, this one was by far the best and the least expensive. When I return, I will stay all night at this location.
