Hotel staff service were excellent during our stay there. We were being notified in advance by the hotel of road blocks due to an event on the day of our check out. This is so important and they did a good job by reminding us to set off early so we wouldn't have to rush or miss our flight. Will be back when I visit Milan again.

This is a great getaway spot. Super romantic, the views are AMAZING, and the spa is super enjoyable. The breakfast service is really good and as for the dinner service I highly recommends to get a reservation as soon as you book your stay, it can get really busy. I cannot wait to go again.

Lovely apartments, clean and modern. I am particularly fussy when it comes to cleanliness and was so relieved when we arrived. The apartments had just about everything we needed. The property is both a hotel and a residence. While it’s a bit outdated, the rooms are clean and quite nice. The only downside was that the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, it was still a good stay.

Already second time in 2 years! Best place to stay in Pila for ski and for kids. You reach the slopes directly from the back door of the hotel. Good food and the baby club makes your holiday perfect!

The main attraction is the location, right on the slopes. There’s ski hire and lockers at the hotel and you can ski from and too the hotel. It’s a very busy hotel, very popular with families because of its well priced ski package for children. Meal times May seem chaotic till you get used to it but there’s a very good selection of food.

Honeymoon paradise We were honeymooning for 5 days and we had the most incredible experience. We really liked the hotel – both the room and the breakfast. It's located a 3-5-minute walk from the train and bus stations, and a 10-minute walk from the Pila ski lift. Hotel Berthod is in the perfect location, has spacious and beautiful rooms and food that is terrific. The very friendly staff went above the call of duty for us. We asked for a lunch to go with giving them very little notice (way past the requested time). And they cheerfully gave us an amazing meal!

The breakfast was really good, and to the same standard as other hotels I’ve stayed at in Italy. They had good variation of mostly sweet but also savoury options, and made coffee or prepared eggs on request. No complaints about the breakfast. I had a short but comfortable stay at Hotel Express Aosta East. The room was surprisingly large, much more spacious than I expected for a transit hotel. Everything was clean, practical and well-maintained, making it a good stopover choice for travellers passing through the Aosta Valley. Friendly staff and easy parking added to the convenience. Great food with a varied selection for breakfast enjoyed by all and and a wonderful choice of menus for the evening meal with an authentic Italian choice too. The rooms were fantastic and very clean with daily maid service from the friendly team....

I m book twin bed but hotel provide me one bed but the next hour hotel staff gave me one more room to solve this problem this is really good the baht tub zone for the hotel not ready to use because it full booking. I do not know it need to book before coming to use but hotel staff recommend another place to go but need to pay 50 euro per person No toothbrush and shaver

Recently renovated, the rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet is varied and includes quality products. The staff is very pleasant and always attentive. The only thing we could improve is the chairs, both on the terrace and in the room, are very uncomfortable. At a vacation hotel, you go to be comfortable, not just sleep. That said, this detail doesn't diminish our rating, which is 9/10.
