Hotel is tastefully decorated and well maintained. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. The food is exceptionally good. If booking via Crystal I would wait for a late deal as I was lucky to get a very good discount.

This is our second time we have come to the hotel. The staff are super and the rooms are suited to skiers. Breakfast is fantastic and the hotel bus takes us to the ski lifts. After a good ski we relax in the spa followed by dinner. An absolute undiscovered gem!!!

Fantastic hotel. Located in Staffal, very close to the lifts and local shops and bars. The hotel has a very luxurious and mellow vibe. Stayed here from Boxing Day until the 2 nd of January. The location is amazing, right next to the chair lift. Just be aware the slope that leads to the hotel is a red slope so you need to be quite a good skier to ski down to hotel. Hi, I was in Gressoney-Saint-Jan from July 15th to July 18th. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Mattia is a great host. The breakfast was plentiful and the homemade cakes were very good. I would gladly return. The view looked out towards Monte Rosa.

I have already been to this hospitable facility in the past where I had a great time due to its courtesy, comfort and hospitality. To this I would like to add particular praise for the availability. The staff here were excellent, helpful and friendly with great communication skills. The cocktails were skilfully served and the spa manager was exceptionally helpful. Spent a lovely week with my daughter, skiing in nearby Champoluc. The hotel was comfortable and very reasonably priced, clean and well run, and provided an excellent breakfast. The staff were super helpful. Free ski storage is available right by the ski lift, so no need to bring equipment back to the hotel. For us it was a great alternative to staying in Champoluc itself.

Really nice and cozy hotel with its own restaurant for dinner. They have a fully vegan menu with 2/3 options each for starters, pastas, mains, and desserts. So nice and yummy! Absolutely fantastic hotel in typical alp style design/interieor. Classic Italien breakfast such as cakes and white bread and good coffee. Service minded host. Great value for money stay. The hotel was easy to find and close to the highway. It is centrally located with close proximity to the centre restaurant/shop area. Also close to the casino. The reception/front desk staff were very accommodating during check in and very helpful explaining the parking options. The breakfast buffet staff was also attentive.

Amazing service. All the staff are kind and very helpful. This feels more like staying with a family than at a hotel. The room is spacious and the bed is just perfect- not too hard not too soft. Breakfast is great with fresh coffee and eggs are cooked to order. The hotel has ample parking and is near restaurants. It’s only about 15 minutes drive from Cervinia.

Big and very clean old fashion rooms. The reception ladies were very welcome and helpful. The view from our first floor room was beautiful. The mini van to the cable car was very useful. The dinner was typical Aostan valley difficult for international (especially Mediterranean) travellers to enjoy and it was average. The breakfast was very nice. What you pay is what you get.

I have just returned from a wonderful 8 night stay in this family run hotel. It is the 5th time I have stayed here. The staff are all welcoming and cannot do enough for the guests. The rooms have all been improved with new bathrooms and are very comfortable. The food is classical Italian and so, so tasty. I can’t say enough positive things about this home from home.

Hotel staff service were excellent during our stay there. We were being notified in advance by the hotel of road blocks due to an event on the day of our check out. This is so important and they did a good job by reminding us to set off early so we wouldn't have to rush or miss our flight. Will be back when I visit Milan again.

I m book twin bed but hotel provide me one bed but the next hour hotel staff gave me one more room to solve this problem this is really good the baht tub zone for the hotel not ready to use because it full booking. Recently renovated, the rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet is varied and includes quality products. The staff is very pleasant and always attentive. The only thing we could improve is the chairs, both on the terrace and in the room, are very uncomfortable. At a vacation hotel, you go to be comfortable, not just sleep. That said, this detail doesn't diminish our rating, which is 9/10.

We stayed for a week in February. Rooms are a little cramped, but they do include a two person sauna in each room, which is awesome to ease / head off aches and pains. Food is excellent, with a wide selection. Staff are warm and friendly. Its good for kids and adults alike.
