Checked in, registered Car Reg Number. Paid for 5 night stay, told at reception car park charges included. A week after returning home got letters demanding. for £300 for parking. Obviously something amiss, not very clear instructions regarding parking. Hope this can be resolved after contacting Hotel Manager.

The hotel currently has 4 stars, but in my opinion they are already "faded". Hotel partially renovated. I lived in a higher standard room with automatic air conditioning. Unfortunately the room didn't feel nice as the carpeting was terribly dirty and with lots of stains. The wardrobe was not closing properly. The bathroom needs renovation because it is small and non-functional. The bathtub is together with the shower. For older people, such a solution may be uncomfortable. The breakfasts were very good. The service was nice, but unfortunately during the rush hours it was not able to keep up with the cleaning of the table, which sometimes meant waiting for a free table. The location of the hotel was fantastic. Despite the flaws, I recommend the hotel, but please do not count on a real four-star standard.

This hotel is ok and a safe bet if you are in a hurry.

It's clean, not that expensive and fairly close to the historical center.

It's a bit far (at foot) from the train station, which can be a problem in Summer.

The breakfast will provide the quantity, but the quality is really low. The view from the restaurant is good.

Staff was nice.

The main issue is the style. It's dated and in dire need of an upgrade. Walls are… old and a new tapestry would be needed.

This is a short distance from main road, Emmanuel and seems to keep quite extended hours. Certainly biggest super market I have found in the area.
Was pleasantly surprised by small bill for recent snacks shop.
Has big fresh cheese counter, frozen and fresh meals.
Decent selection of cold drinks and good beer selection(warm).

We paid for parking in the hotel's garage. We were asked to leave the keys of our rental car directly on the hood (!) of the car with absolutely no security measures in place to prevent anyone from stealing the car with the key. Being a rental car, our lease contract absolutely prohibited this. Next morning, we were woken up by the hotel staff to "move the car immediately because its blocking someone". We had to go back to the garage, move the car ourselves, but there was nobody even leaving and the car wasn't blocking anyone.

Overall, the staff in this hotel speaks very little to no english. The walls in the rooms are paper thin, you can hear everything happening in rooms nearby. The air conditioning has a lot to hope for, it doesn't regulate the room temperature enough.

For the price of this hotel, the service and the building itself should undergo major improvements. The hotel has seen its best days decades ago and this can be seen in details all over the place. Complete renovation is direly needed to be a real 4-star hotel.

Convenient location but that’s about it. Furniture is dated, old, and falling apart and the outdoors breakfast area was dirty (trash in the floor).
Some staff made an effort to be helpful but most were cold and distant, and a few simply mean. Very expensive for what it provides. A 3-star hotel at best.
Location and parking are convenient though but don’t go there for the experience of the stay.

Hotel in great location on edge of thr old town anf the shops. We had a big room, friendly staff and a good biffrt breakfast

Nice hotel in a great location on the edge of the old town. One thing that was impressive is that the AC is completely silent, unlike most other hotels where it is disturbing my sleep.

Hotel in the center of Bari, very close to the old city center. The rooms are big, they offer the breakfast. They have a very good rooftop restaurant for dinner.

Our experience was not so amazing. Filthy room, broken lamp, broken blindes, a smell in the floor way that made its way into the bedroom was the worst if it all. We believe some of the rooms are smoking rooms and to try and cover the smell they use a strong chemical freshener. After complaining we did get upgraded to a junior suite which was quite nice, still a bit dirty under the bed, but the smell was gone. This room is only 20€ more than the classic room, which is quite remarkable, seeing the difference between the two. Breakfast is nice and I can really recommend the restaurant on the top floor, this was super impressive, probably the only thing that made us happy we had booked the hotel.
