It was pleasant experience to stay here. This was my first hotel in Puglia and they made me a pretty good impression. The room was nice and clean also very spacious. Also the breakfast they serve here very delicious, worth to trying.

It was our first time in Bari. We didn't like the city. We only stayed one night. The area where the hotel is located is scary. The room was large, but it smelled damp. The bed was very uncomfortable; it made a terrible noise when you moved. The pillows were awful. We were leaving very early for the airport and I went to take a shower... and there was no soap in the shower. I was furious. How is it possible that a four-star hotel (supposedly) doesn't have soap in the shower? I wouldn't go back to that hotel for anything.

Five stars in a wonderful eco responsible hotel. Simple, but filling, breakfast…great music! Visit the bees upstairs on the rooftop. Extremely attentive staff. Located very near the old town and shopping.

A DEFINITE NO!! Visited Imago Plus hotel June 2025 and will not return as staff were rude,intolerant,negative and uneducated.Do not waste your holiday here!

Imago Plus Hotel in Bari is a disgusting dump. Filthy room, horrible smell, and rude staff who couldn’t care less. The photos online are fake — the real place is run-down and depressing. Noisy, unsafe area, and ridiculously overpriced. Do yourself a favor: stay anywhere else but here!

Very Rude staff! The place is Dirty and you will find hairs on your sheet and bathroom! To avoid at all cost ! They are using shady way to market their places, but do not trust those people.

The hotel is nice. The service is excellent, everything is very clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

My only issue was that the bed made noise whenever I moved, which could be annoying during the night. Also, the curtain on the balcony didn’t fully cover the window, as the curtain rod was too far from the wall. This allowed a lot of sunlight in during the morning, with no way to darken the room.
The terrace is very pleasant, and both the coffee and the wines they offer are excellent.

We stayed 4nights, the hotel located about 15-20mins walking to the old town, easy access to everything. And the bus stop to airport is located about 5mins walking distance. Otherwise we took the taxi from airport , 28euro. This is small hotel, but with 24 hrs reception. There’s always someone to help with your different inquiries. All staffs we met are very friendly. The room size is quite big, andJirojia even helped us to cut the water melon 😆good option for Bari

The hotel is in a very good position in the center of the town. Gay friendly and with a lot of visual and photographic content regarding international politics.

The hotel's concept is based on environmental and sustainable principles.

Very inspiring!

The receptionist who welcomed us was very friendly and professional.

What can be improved? Despite the high season, it was overpriced for the type of accommodation we got (217€ without breakfast + 4 €/person for local tax). Either lower the price, or improving the rooms would be great.
