We stayed at this hotel and overall had an good experience, but one issue left us extremely disappointed. We asked the reception if laundry service was available and whether it was free. The staff clearly replied “Yes, it’s free.” Based on that answer, we handed over a large amount of laundry including socks and underwear.
To our surprise, we later received a bill for 100 euros for the laundry. When we asked why, the explanation was vague and they denied ever saying it was free!! We believe this was either a misunderstanding due to poor English or a lack of clear communication from the staff, either way, the result was extremely frustrating.
Please be careful and ask for written confirmation or clear pricing before using any extra services. This experience left us feeling tricked, and we wouldn’t use the hotel again.

The hotel was beautiful with quiet surroundings, the staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Also close to the airport and shuttle service is a big plus.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is very close to the airport and the shuttle was very much appreciated. The room was very large and very clean, with useful amenities. We were pleasantly surprised that we had one of our best meals of our vacation at the reasonably priced restaurant. Definitely a recommend.

The building is a bit old-fashioned but clean, with decent rooms. Breakfast could be improved.

Great place to overnight before flying out the next day. Our room was ready early and the place was large & spotless. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Our only complaint was some loud music and neighbors. But even this stopped by 10:00 p.m., so we slept well in a very comfortable bed.

This was a really solid hotel. The rooms were super nice and the beds were also comfy, the bathrooms were clean. The service was alright, but one of the maids took my father's wedding ring, but the receptionists were really helpful. The location of it could be better, if it would be at the coast. The pool was very nice and the diving board was a nice addition. The food wasn't that good but I can let that slide. Pretty nice hotel, but don't leave your valuables in plain sight.

One of the nicest, friendliest hotels that i have ever stayed in.
Great food, service and beverages. Very friendly service, very fresh food, and busy which says it is popular.

The hotel was close to the airport along with complement transportation to the airport. There is an outstanding pizzeria near by and the selection was great along with the quality. We stayed for one night to be near the airport to catch a very early flight in Bari.

We spent a few hours at Parc Hotel Vittoria while waiting for our evening flight, and it was exactly what we needed. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful. The pool area was a real highlight—quiet, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. We also had lunch at the hotel, and it was surprisingly good: fresh, tasty, and served with a smile.
Even though our stay was short, it felt like a mini getaway. We left feeling rested and recharged. Highly recommend for a day-use stay or a longer holiday!
