Masseria Baroni Nuovi in Brindisi

We got married here on September 28th, 2025, and I had the absolute pleasure of working closely with Simona throughout the wedding planning process. She is truly a joy to work with—professional, kind, and always available when you need her.

We were in touch for almost a year and a half, constantly on calls and emails, yet I only met her in person the day before my wedding. Despite that, she made me feel completely supported every step of the way.

On our wedding day(hindu and symbolic), we faced an unexpected challenge with the rain and had to make several last-minute decisions about where to hold the ceremony. Simona handled everything with such professionalism and calmness, guiding me through what could have been a very stressful situation. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.I can’t recommend Simona enough if you’re planning a wedding at Masseria or anywhere else she’s simply amazing!

I also have to mention a few other amazing staff members who made our wedding weekend so special — Antonio, Lucia, Mino, and Chef Julianne absolute angels every one of them.

Antonio, the head of service, ensured that every guest was taken care of and had everything they needed. He’s such a warm, kind, and friendly person who truly makes everyone feel welcome and happy.

Lucia, the main receptionist at the Masseria, is an absolute sweetheart. She worked closely with Simona to make sure the entire weekend flowed smoothly and that all our guests were comfortable and happy.

And of course, Chef Julianne and the culinary team were outstanding — every dish was delicious and beautifully presented.

We are so grateful to the entire Masseria team for giving us the wedding of our dreams. I 100% recommend getting married here — they will make your dream wedding come true. It was hard to say goodbye after such a memorable weekend, but we will cherish these memories forever.

5 stars isn’t enough for Masseria Baroni Nuovi in Brindisi. From start to finish, the service was next-level. Serena helped arrange reservations for my wife, daughter, son-in-law, and our new grandbaby for a destination wedding. The property itself is gorgeous—peaceful, beautifully kept, and exactly the kind of place you remember long after you leave.

Where this hotel truly separated itself was after checkout. My wife accidentally left her phone behind. Before we could even panic, Serena reached out via WhatsApp with a photo to confirm it was ours, then filmed herself carefully wrapping and packing it for DHL. She handled everything—fast, clear communication, zero hassle, and genuine care. That kind of integrity and follow-through is rare.

A special shout-out to Mino, the restaurant manager. My son-in-law said Mino was “just awesome” and wished he could’ve had him along for the whole trip. Mino practically became their personal tour guide—personally taking them to nearby places of interest, sharing local tips, and making sure they experienced the best of Brindisi. He went above and beyond, just like Serena and the entire staff.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Massive thanks to Serena, Mino, and the whole team for going above and beyond for our family. Highly, highly recommend Masseria Baroni Nuovi to anyone traveling in the Brindisi area. We’ll be back—grazie mille!

We stayed for six nights. Restaurant is amazing, we really enjoyed the breakfast and stayed for dinner twice. The grounds are peaceful and tranquil. We really enjoyed our stay. A big thank you from Canada!

We stayed at the Masseria for two weeks. It is a well maintained and cozy masseria. The staff is friendly and helpfull (especially Antonio...nothing is too much for him). The room was spacious and the food is very nice and varied and fresh from the land (a bit more expensive then in the town though) .
The Masseria is well located. There are a lot of things to see and do within an hour and a half drive.

We stayed at the Masseria for six nights before a wedding. The staff were incredibly accommodating. It was our first holiday with our 7-month old baby and we felt so taken care of throughout. The pool is a great depth and temperature (very welcoming while we were battling 36°C heat!), and the grounds are beautiful.

We stayed in two different rooms during our stay and both were very comfortable and a great size even with the cot.

The food is delicious, my only note would be that I would like to have more vegetables featured, but aside from that everything was of great quality.

To note: It would be best hiring a car from the airport as it is not in a very walkable area. However, with a car, the location of the Masseria allows you to access Puglia's great locations in under an hour.

Stayed here for my sons wedding, the service was exceptional especially Antonio who could not do enough to help. The food was amazing and a great selection at breakfast. I can highly recommend a stay here if visiting the area.

Very nice venue, especially the pool area. The rooms have good AC although couldn’t go below 18°. The only downside was the shower which couldn’t drain properly and had to stop the water every minute so it can drain away.

I have never been at a place that won my heart so quickly like Masseria Baroni Nuovi. There is so much love in this paradise, you can feel it in the amount of charming details, the clean and well maintained rooms and outside area, but most of all, in the people there. Everybody is so nice, polite and welcoming - it truely feels like you are staying with a big family. The location is perfect to discover Puglia, it’s a place I would come to each and every year. Our happy place forever!!

20 min by car from Brindisi airport. We stayed 3 nights. There is a swimming pool and you can walk around between the olive trees and the vines. The rooms are big, well decorated with air conditioning and mini bar. The food was very good and they adapted the menu to make it vegetarian for us. Around 90 € for dinner and 2 glasses of wine. The staff is very polite and helpful. The closest beach is Apani (15 min by car). If you want your holiday to be more active you need a car to be able to move around.

We had our wedding at Masseria Baroni Nuovi in July this year and it was truly the most perfect occasion that more than surpassed our expectations. We planned everything ahead of time with Simona the wedding planner and communication was quick and easy. She supported us to get the wedding we wanted. From the moment we arrived myself my wife,and the guests were wowed with the Masseria and grounds. Individual designed rooms that were all special and unique the wedding suite was truly stunning with an enormous bathroom and jacuzzi bath. We arrived to a welcome dinner and drinks which was delicious all the guests commented how stunning the food was with excellent wine from the Masseria. The staff couldn’t do enough and made everyone feel so special.

This continued to the wedding day with details I hadn’t even imagined. A live mozzarella station, a station for deep fried snacks and canapés, a live bbq, a cocktail bar, an excellent DJ, stunning wedding cake, beautiful table settings. Everything was just superb. I couldn’t fault a single thing and I wish we could do it all again. I have already recommended the Masseria to so many friends and I will certainly return for a holiday. Thank you to all the staff Lucia, Simona, Antonio, Nuno everybody went above and beyond. This is truly a very special place and you will get the wedding you wanted and more which will leave your guests saying “best wedding ever”.
