From our first correspondence through to our departure, our stay was handled seamlessly with exceptional service, warmth, and professionalism. The room was tastefully appointed, with an excellent layout and one of the most comfortable beds we have experienced. The staff at Grande Albergo were consistently gracious, friendly, and attentive—nothing was ever too much trouble. This level of hospitality made our visit truly enjoyable. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

The location is great but the hotel has not been renovated in what looks like a century. The power was out the day we stayed, but we were not informed until check in time which was too late for us to make alternative arrangements. No effort was made to comp us in any way. I.e we asked for a late checkout and were told no even thought the hotel was clearly empty. The breakfast was included but inedible, a bunch of frozen stuff just probably left overnight to “warm up”.

140€ in advance, no check in before paying. this does not happen a lot in hotels all over europe. this hotel can be lucky to be at a tourist hot spot. it’s old and needs some serious renovation. room furniture in poor conditions! bathroom in poor conditions. in a non tourist location you could not charge 50% of its price. yes, it is at a very nice place and views are great. but views are not enough.

Lovely hotel in the centre of town overlooking the water, everything on your doorstep, staff friendly and helpful, great selection of buffet breakfast, spacious clean room.

The star hotel of Brindisi, but somewhat past it's prime. The rooms are fine, an impressive spread for breakfast, and the staff provide superb service. I was sorry to the cocktail lounge is just a sitting room. Strongly recommend the Windsurf restaurant just outside.

A historic hotel in an excellent location in Brindisi. The ideal hotel for a day or two in this relatively small, historic town, a ten minute taxi ride from the busy airport. All the sights are in walking distance as is the main shopping area and the harbor. The street in front has no cars (taxis can pass). Sometimes, large yachts stay overnight at the pier in front, great for people watching and many restaurants/bars are just steps away. Same for the ferry that crosses the harbor.
The hotel rooms are a bit dated with classic furniture, but clean and everything works, including the air con. Try to get a room with harbor view. Service is friendly and breakfast ok, although a bit basic - well, that's Italy.

Location very central .Easy to get around. Pleasant aspect to the Port and immediate access to good restaurants.
They provided alternative rooms for my sisters. They were to have shared a room(it was not satisfactory) but were given separate rooms for the two nights .
Only wished they had a proper travel desk given their prominent location and the history of the Hotel going back to 1869 when trains went from London Via Brindisis to India.
