The property is not very close to the city center, but it's convenient for parking. Special attention should be given to the varied and plentiful breakfast, both in terms of selection and the quality of the pastries.
The dining room and reception staff are a reason to return.

A short drive/walk from the city centre, this hotel is great value for money.if you're travelling by car, this is a great option as it has a large secured parking lot

Impeccably clean
Lovely clean room, crisp white sheets, impeccable cleanliness. Easy to find & ample parking for large vehicles. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. Would definitely stay here again & recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay in this rather quirky hotel. It has a nautical theme with nautical artifacts, an acqarium, a big model ship. It's a little out of town but our extremely charming host kindly dropped us in to the centre and gave us tips on where to go and how much to spend on a return taxi. We had a pleasant couple of hours wandering around a very pretty and clean city and enjoyed an excellent meal. Our room at the Neptune was extremely comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast.

We stayed one-night, and were comfortable for the most part. However, the room wouldn't cool down as you cannot change the temperature. Fortunately, I had a small portable fan that helped. The room itself wasn't hot but not to our preferred temperature. The room was very clean and about 15 minutes from the Brindisi Airport. Not many food options but only a short drive nearby there are plenty of places. Would recommend!

The hotel room and location were fine. What made our stay extremely worthwhile and memorable was the exceptional professional, responsive and affable treatment we received from Cosimo, Damiano and Laura. Truly exceptional service from each from reservation thru help in arranging our Covid tests. We truly appreciated all their sincere help thru our stay. Grazie mille!

The hotel is very mediocre.It was advertised to have a gym but when we arrived it was closed dUE tO CoVId.That is not an appropriate excuse since the gyms even in Rome are all open and Rome is the capital city of Italy.I couldn't workout for a whole week thanks to that The breakfast is pretty lame and has zero healthy options.It's just a bunch of pastries which have no protein what so ever.On top of that you can't even put the food in your plate on your own.Someone stays there the whole time and does this for you.That is so inconvenient especially if you are the type of guy who likes to have a bit of food at a time and then get extra when you feel like it.The wifi is also pretty much nonexistent.
