A lovely hotel on the main street, you can easily walk to everything. Breakfast offered lots of choices and the breakfast staff was so nice and friendly. We had a larger room on the top floor with a huge balcony with a view of the main street and a portion of the sea. The reception staff are excellent and helpful. The cleaning staff was good, and friendly and even opened my door for me when my hands were full. Would definitely stay again.

The elegance of the hotel is breathtaking. I always stay here when in Brindisi and am never disappointed. The Hotel Orientale breakfast is a core Italian memory for me.

Very much enjoyed our stay. In the old town, 2 blocks from the port, closer to restaurants and cafes. The reception staff was excellent. Leading the way were Fien and Andrea. Both had helpful suggestions on where to eat and provided good advice in all regards. The rooms are less inviting and appear dated versus the lobby.

Very good hotel set in the center of Brindisi, just a few steps from centro storico and lungomare.
Very friendly and welcoming staff ready to help you with any information and/or advise you may need.
The room was big enough, clean and confortable.
Just one observation to the hotel management which I believe can be arranged and solved out without any big problems.
The TV in our room was too small and outdated. Such a good hotel definitely deserves a better and larger TV in the rooms with the possibility of watching more EU channels.

Made very welcome by Fen at reception who provided us with valuable information about transport,places to visit and general information.She spoke excellent English which made everything easy.
Hotel was very central to shops,with numerous restaurants nearby and also with easy access to station about 10 minutes walk. The airport bus stop was a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
Rooms were comfortable. It was a bit inconvenient that the only English speaking TV station was CNN. We could not access SKY .

The hotel is well situated in the heart of Brindisi. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. What really elevates the hotel are the staff who are attentive, interested and caring, Tony and Stefana who manage the breakfasts so well in a charming and welcoming way, the front desk team of Andrea and Federica who were always welcoming and attentive, and a very special thank you to Fien whose informative and inspiring input allowed us to fully appreciate and experience the Puglia countryside.
