We had a wonderful stay here. Spotlessly clean. Very central to the old town. Parking was available for a small fee but it is very safe to park outside on street. Michele our host was exceptional. Extremely helpful and very informative of Lecce. Breakfast was very good. Our room was very comfortable and quite large. It was cleaned everything day with fresh towels. Also there is beautiful outside area to relax in. Grazie Michele e famiglia we will definitely come back again and will recommend all our travelling friends to stay.

Great location for a Lecce stay
Accommodation was spacious and clean, the staff were very attentive and friendly, breakfast was a typical continental meal and more than adequate. Walking to the old part of the city was under 10 minutes and really easy to get to. On site parking was available for a fee, we chose street parking which was easily available most of the time. Would definitely recommend Aedes for a Lecce stay.

A beautiful building with beautiful rooms. Spotlessly clean. Good breakfast. Fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the ‘centro storico’. Free parking in the street outside with ‘proper’ parking places though we opted to pay small charge to park on property Highly recommend.

MUITO BOM PELO PREÇO COBRADO
Achei muito bom tendo em vista o preço. Fica perto do centro e há estacionamento gratuito na rua. Café da manhã fraco. Como choveu muito em nossa estadia, não podemos desfrutar do belo jardim. Porém, eu voltaria a me hospedar lá com certeza. Lecce é uma ótima cidade e o Aedes está muito bem localizado. Só a água que não esquenta muito e é fraca, mas não é uma coisa terrível

Quiet, spacious and central.
Lovely old building close to the centre of town but very quiet. Our room was huge, more like a small apartment with a separate space for a small dining table and fridge. The rooms also have fantastic high domed ceilings which make it feel airy. The room had an older antique feel which was nice.
Breakfast was lovely in the garden with some homemade cake as well as the usual offerings.
There were just 2 minor things for improvement:
- check in is from 2:30 but no one appeared until 2:45 meaning a wait outside in the heat
- the bathroom was quite dated and the shower head kept slipping off it’s holder.
However, they were both minor and overall it was a lovely place to stay.

Positive: nice host, gave us an upgrade and did not charge us the extra €15 for late check in (after 19.30), location (close to charming old town, very practical)
Breakfast: decent variety and good, bread quality is poor and no toaster offered
To improve: mattress is way too hard and we could not sleep. They charge 10€ for parking inside the property (we parked on the street for free by host recommendation)

This is a lovely B&B with good design of interior and the garden. The host is friendly and helpful. Good value of price and the service.

We've had a pleasant 2 nights stay recently in their family room which I think is their largest. This B&B is about 10 minutes walk to the center of the old town. Parking inside the court yard is EU 10 per night, or you could just do street parking if you, unlike me, have the patience and time to find an open spot. Overall Michele and his partner provided warm welcome service. Good value for the stay.

A good place
The location was a bit of a walk to the center of town, but not that bad.
The owners were a young couple and very hospitable, and the breakfast was delicious. I will be returning there for a longer stay in the future, hopefully.
