I’m very happy we found this place. Breakfast is 5 star, you choose your breakfast selection the night before and seating time. Rooms are very clean and the entire property is kept impeccable. Closely located to all surrounding beaches by car with a few minutes. Gallipoli and old port are close by. I would highly recommend and come back. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Stayed 5 nights.

A truly peaceful place surrounded by greenery and very close to the coast. Clean, well-maintained rooms. The breakfast could be improved, which I reward because it's not wasteful. The exterior needs more attention, given that the property is truly enormous. As for the staff, I especially praise Mirko, who is courteous, hospitable, and professional. You will achieve great things.

I stayed the first week of August for two nights.
The rooms are spacious and equipped with safes, air conditioning, refrigerators, new bathrooms, and daily housekeeping.
I wasn't thrilled with the breakfast because it had to be ordered the night before and offered a decent selection, but they used a standard office vending machine for hot drinks.

A truly peaceful B&B, away from the hustle and bustle, just a few kilometers from the center of Gallipoli. The rooms are spacious, clean, and always smell good. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The staff is extremely kind and attentive to every request. Wonderful owners, highly recommended.

We stayed three nights in this beautiful B&B, far from the hustle and bustle of tourist hotspots like Gallipoli, yet just a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches on the coast. Our room, cleaned and tidied daily, was equipped with every comfort (TV, hairdryer, very quiet air conditioning, and a small but efficient refrigerator). And what about the breakfast? Excellent, varied, and plentiful, with both savory and sweet options. All in all, an experience definitely worth repeating, a chance to relax in an oasis of tranquility after a swim in the beautiful, nearby sea. A special mention goes to the smart, waste-free breakfast system. Highly recommended!

2 night stay just outside Gallipoli. Beautiful masseria. Large room located down steps in a covered 'courtyard' area. Felt rather enclosed with no real outdoor view from the window. Unable to open window for fresh air as there were people smoking in the courtyard area. Comfortable room. All amenities in bathroom. Hot shower but unfortunately had one night with no hot water. Kettle & fridge provided. Breakfast ok. Partner enjoyed the coffee.

Wonderful structure surrounded by greenery, perfect for those who, like us, have a 4-legged friend.
Owner and staff (Mirco, Gianna, Emma and Denise) super welcoming, always helpful and courteous.
Excellent and super abundant breakfasts (with the possibility of takeaway), with products from their dairy (adjacent to the structure).
Spacious rooms, tastefully decorated, always clean and tidy.
Perfect location to tour all of Salento (near the ring road exit and 5 minutes from the center of Gallipoli).

Very kind and courteous staff which in my opinion is the most important thing, from Mrs. Gianna who welcomed us to the cleaning staff, Mrs. Gianna with her simplicity will make you feel at home, the very large and well-kept estate with ample parking, outdoor spaces with armchairs where you can have breakfast, if you request it for free they will bring you breakfast up to the terrace of the room

Located in the middle of the green and near a riding school, the structure offers a huge space for long walks. The rooms are clean and very large, the staff always helpful and friendly. The breakfast offers various quality products, from salty to sweet. Products such as yogurt and cheeses are produced directly by the Barone dairy. The wifi sometimes disconnects or is slow to navigate. It does not help the somewhat isolated area but it is a structure that deserves. Recommended.
