We stayed for 2 nights, and the welcome was kind and discreet.
The masseria is beautiful, having been renovated with attention to detail and full respect for the wonderful nature that surrounds it.
Thousand-year-old olive trees produce a delicious, high-quality oil, which you can enjoy in the rich breakfast each morning, as well as homemade cakes, jams, and biscuits.
The welcoming, family-like atmosphere demonstrates the commitment to the management.
The location is well-located, allowing you to reach the beaches in about 15 minutes.

We were guests at a wedding in a nearby location and chose to stay here for the night. The masseria is very welcoming and enjoys a tranquil atmosphere in a secluded location, making it quiet: a small oasis of peace. The setting is truly beautiful and in typical local style, with the pale stone reflecting a wonderful light. The outdoor areas are truly beautiful.

In my opinion, the rooms don't live up to the exterior; they need updating to make them more welcoming than they are, especially the bathroom, which is truly impractical (the shower curtain could be replaced with a shower stall, and a cabinet should be added for storage).
Breakfast could be improved, not because of the quality of the products—all excellent—but because of the limited selection: there's no option for those who prefer a savory breakfast.

These remarks don't take away any credit from the property or the kindness of the staff. I recommend it.

Super place awesome hosts

We stayed at this structure on the occasion of my wedding, occupying it entirely with my family and therefore being able to fully enjoy every space: there are many beautiful farmhouses in Puglia, elegant and tidy; but the peculiarity of Masseria De Michele is that it has preserved the charm of a true Apulian farm, in its simple and authentic beauty, as well as in the warm management. Mrs Vittoria and her family welcomed us and made us feel at home, so for me it was a real blast from the past. We organized a pre-wedding party that was simply perfect, with the excellent focaccias prepared on the spot, fascinating foreign guests and also finding support from local guests who, you know, know how to be even more demanding. Thanks for everything, we will come back to see you! *

We returned after a few years. It was like being back in the family. The owners are discreet but available and ready to help you with your every need. Excellent breakfasts with baked desserts every day. Elegant farmhouse.

First ten days of November. We enjoyed the beautiful room (cherry tree) and the wonderful secular olive trees still luxuriant and fortunately not attacked by the xylella bacterium. Very kind owners with whom we also shared a bit of the history of Puglia and these olive trees that have probably seen, among others, also Julius Caesar. From Ostuni every day we made our excursions by car to Alberobello, Monopoli, Polignano a mare, Ceglie, Martinafranca, Cisternino etc. If you want tranquility and you want to be calm and relaxed enjoying the Apulian beauties you will find yourself at ease.

Very pleasant place ... surrounded by olive trees, comfortable rooms, great for families but also for children.
