The location is good, and the rooms are spacious enough. However, the room's decor is a bit dark, making it feel rather gloomy. The breakfast service is somewhat inferior to that of a 5-star hotel, but everything else is quite good.

This stay was absolutely fantastic, deserving a full five-star review!
First of all, the hotel's facilities were a pleasant surprise. The rooms were incredibly spacious, the largest standard rooms we've seen during our European trip, unlike some cramped rooms in European hotels. All the facilities were new and spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay.
We booked three rooms, one of which required twin beds. The receptionist noticed this and immediately and proactively arranged a change for us – incredibly efficient and attentive service.
The breakfast selection was excellent, and the coffee deserves special mention – it was delicious! The entire hotel staff deserves praise, especially the front desk manager, Valerio. He not only handled all our needs perfectly but also enthusiastically recommended tourist routes and local art exhibitions, and even arranged a private car from Matera to Naples – his service was beyond expectations!
This stay was made exceptionally memorable by the hotel's facilities and the professionalism of staff like Valerio. If I were to return, this would definitely be my only choice!

The room is very large, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is fresh and rich, the hotel service staff is polite and thoughtful, it is very close to important attractions, and the location is excellent

A very, very rare new hotel in Europe. It is right on the edge of the old town of Matera. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby. The parking was originally charged, but it was confiscated in the end. I don’t know if I heard it wrong or forgot.

Fantastic location with a short walk into the Sassi. Fab suite with 2 great views of the city and very quiet. Great spa facility and wonderful massage. Very comfy bed too!
