Excellent experience. We're staying at this property for two nights to explore the wonderful Matera. The property is in a strategic location, just steps from the center. The room is equipped with every comfort and is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is truly special: quality products, fresh from the oven or prepared on site. Everything is truly delicious. Silvia is a wonderful hostess, and she is friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend this experience. Erica and Massimo

Simple, essential and well-finished structure in the details that matter. The cleanliness, the details of the furnishing of the rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast, well-kept, rich and with refined products. The kindness of the managers generous with advice on how to experience the city. In short, highly recommended 1000 times especially for couples. Last thing: forget the car once parked, the location is excellent!

Beautiful b & b with new and tastefully furnished rooms with a wonderful bathroom, in the historic center in a perfect position, a stone's throw from all the attractions. The owner, Mr. Martino, to say exceptional and unique is an understatement and does not convey the idea of the wonderful person he is !!! He organized and explained the fundamental steps to understand, live and love Matera with its history, origins and culture. A dedication and availability towards the guest that is nothing short of fabulous. He even organized guided tours and restaurant reservations for us… Hearty breakfast with fresh products. All really perfect. A dream vacation !!! I thank the owners and I highly recommend the B&B Donna Eleonora !!! I only put 5 stars because it is not possible to put more but I assure you that it is worth 100.

Great location, just go down a flight of steps and you are in the center. We arrived by motorbike and they offered us their private parking for free.
Martino and the very helpful staff, they showed us the places to visit and the path to take in order not to lose the essential things of the beautiful Matera, since we had little time. Excellent breakfast and excellent clean rooms and bathrooms!
Even after check out, they allowed us to leave our luggage there at the b & b for another half-day visit! We recommend it to anyone and we sincerely thank the owners for their hospitality and availability!

A stone's throw from the center, comfortable and cared for by the owners, excellent breakfast. Mr. Martino always available to suggest walks, itineraries to inform us tourists about events and places not to be missed. My rating can only be excellent and I will suggest all my friends to stay here.
