I have been in this hotel from the air the '50s for two nights. Despite problems with my booking were able to find me a single room. Clean place. Breakfast included and good (except the coffee..but it was enough to ask for an espresso to the staff).
Price is not the best, but in general I'm satisfied

Hotel in a convenient location in the centre of Benevento, near to the station and the hospital!
Remained, however, to the 50s.. Kitchen and service review, rooms clean but a bit older!

Excellent service...very clean and a reasonable price..located near everything ..so access to everything you need is right outside the door

The Hotel itself is ok but there is nothing to justify 4 stars or the 'gran'. Clean. The reason to give 1 star is the unfriendly staff. We got stuck with 4 persons in the elevator for 20 min without air ventilation. We were sweating wet to the bones. Called the reception mutiple times. nobody was waiting with us and informed us about the rescuing process. In the end we rescued ourselves. The technician blamed us for cramping too much in the elevator. We were 4 the elevator was constructed for 5. He 'apologized' with a sarcastic smile. Never was I treated this bad ever. Do not stay there!

Easy walk from the train station with luggage.
The staff was very accommodating and informative about restaurants and sites to see in the city.
When no taxis were running in the middle of the day, the manager personally drove us to the bus station.

Great hotel, great location, nice room, Good bed, Good breakfast.
Only complain is about the shower where just a few drops of water flow. It was Something like a drop coubter
