The service was great and the rooms were too! However, I checked out and realized I lost something very important to me so I arrived about 2 hours later also calling them in advance and they said they couldn't find it, I don't think they looked hard enough... But they also had good free breakfast

Old school hotel with classical decor and easy outdoor parking. Very spacious rooms with balconies. Mine facing out was very quiet. Surprisingly large spread for breakfast with very good breads and full pastries, pancake machines, ham/bacon/eggs. Deducting a point for rooms cos mattresses were very hard and towels and sheets smelled overpoweringly of strong detergent/bleach that it was unpleasant....

Loved the opulent beauty of this hotel. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Had a cancelled flight and the airlines put me there for the 2nd night of the delay. Wish I'd been there for both nights. The Royal Palace only 2 miles from the hotel if you have time. Lovely spa in the hotel and relaxing atrium. The pool was officially closed (season end) but the pool area was nice. Great place for a conference

Some rooms are old fashioned, one we were given had a shower that was very old and didn't work. Asked to change room at the reception and was offered a more modern comfortable room with no fuss. All staff were excellent, so friendly and welcoming. Location isn't the best, far from Naples and not much to do in Caserta. Hotel on a big free way. However there are a couple of great restaurants around....

It took them 5 hours to put towels that were missing for the second person (they had only put towels for 1 person), even though we complained twice... On Saturday, at 10:30, breakfast had already been removed despite it being the same on weekends until 11:00. Overall ok. Just empty when we were there Overall the hotel was fine. It was weird ti see such a big hotel but very few people around. I think during our stay (one day) we saw only one other customer. The garage and the outside of the hotel could be better kept. The garage in particular needs to be cleaned up

Rooms were great, property is in a strange location and very empty. Good value for a good night sleep before a flight. Nice bathroom and good beds.

Nice accomodation and incredibly nice staff. Clean and quiet.

It's an ok hotel with quick access to both Pompeii and the Costa Amalfi. No thrills (even the pool is closed till July) but if you are looking for a bed that will get you up an going to the attractions in the area, this one is ok. Staff is very helpful, I would rate it as a 3 star rather than 4. Location makes a car critical and the complementary parking under the hotel makes this easier.

The room is clean and bright, the bedding is comfortable, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is rich, varied and nutritious, the location is only about 2 kilometers away from the Royal Palace of Caserta, 20 kilometers away from Naples, close to the highway entrance, and convenient for travel.

The room is clean and the location is easy to find. Because it is close to the tourist attraction of Caserta Royal Palace, there are many families staying here. The breakfast is OK but relatively busy. Parking is available in the yard and it is safe. There is a restaurant in the lobby, which is open for lunch and dinner, but the price is higher.

The room is nice and not small, but the waiter in the restaurant is a little cold, everything else is ok. You can also see Mount Vesuvius🌋

The level of the novotel hotel chain is stable. Suitable for self-driving travel. It is on the main road, which may be inconvenient without a self-driving car. It is several kilometers away from the city center.

Friendly staff and good location Near the castle and walking distance

The room was a bit small for the furnishings making it hard to get to the bathroom without bumping into furniture. I would have laid it out more efficiently. Bedding was comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff were less than exuberant.

Very pleasant staff. Hotel clean. Our room faced the plaza and on Saturday night it was noisy until about midnight.

Service was top notch and helpful with restaurant options and transportation. Location is excellent, near castle. Breakfast was very good.

We enjoyed our stay visiting family. Hotel very central for Caserta. Easy check-in and check out. Rooms were spacious and cleaned each day. Breakfast was included but I found the choice of items a bit limited. Would stay again

Upon arrival the reception staff were always warm, friendly and obliging. Kindly humoured me with my haggle for a better price for our 3 night stay for 2 rooms. Clean, well put rooms serviced daily. Bar fridge restocked daily with various items. Staff all friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. On site parking.Other than location being a little obscure, this hotel is a hidden gem. We really enjoy our stay. If you travel by car it is a very good option: is quite near from Rome and you will have an easy and free parking. Besides, you only need a few minutes walking to get Frascati center. The breaksfast is very good and staff helpful!

This hotel was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were extremely happy with our stay. There was also plenty of off-street parking, which was great. The street right outside the hotel is pretty busy, and there are a lot of potholes. It's not something the hotel has any control over, but it's something to keep...

Not a Spa The hotel was lovely, but it’s NOT a spa. There are no spa facilities. If this is the reason for choosing this hotel, you will be disappointed. It’s a long way to Naples as well. On the other hand, the rooms are pleasant, the breakfast was fine, the staff were helpful and there are some lovely restaurants nearby. You may want a car, as it isn’t really a hugely walkable area.

Hotel Reggia is a rather small, but extremely friendly hotel in Caserta. I have been there many times. The rooms are big enough with very good shower and above all clean rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is with a lot of variaty. In short, I can recommend this hotel for business or maybe a few nights if you visit the region (Napels) for a city trip.

We stayed at this hotel whilst visiting family and friends in the local area. The hotel has a modern decor and is clean with spacious rooms and en-suites. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was good too.

We stopped overnight to break up the long journey. Friendly and helpful staff also with advice on where to eat and buy good local products. We enjoyed it. Good room: clean and comfortable. Excellent location for visiting the Royal Palace, just off the highway. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Carpet in the corridors with stains all over the room, the room ok even if the floor was not clean. Breakfast practically made in front of the reception, packaged products. Good price. For one night it is acceptable but certainly not a four star hotel.

Dated building, large rooms, horrible and sad breakfast room, limited selection, everything pre-cooked. At 7:44, croissants and bread were still missing. Friendly concierge service.

The place best to stay for location to the Rail Station and to visit the amazing Caserta Palace

4 stars hotel but with 3 stars standards room/ facilities. Cleanliness, breakfast, service and staff are great. Location is convenient. But for the price of the room, it is underwhelming. Double bed is just 2 single beds pushed together - if you lie in the middle you will sink in: what's the point of having a double bed if you can only sleep strictly on 1 side and not in the middle. Clean, western familiar style hotel. Rooms were ample and clean. Rates were reasonable. Maybe a 5 or so minute walk from the station, and about the same to the palace. Breakfast buffet was included, and offered a fairly large amount of familiar Italian breakfast items like tarts, pastries, yoghurt, cheeses, salami and the like. Nice staying in Caserta Very good staying. Room clean, bathroom ok. Breakfast very good for sweets, and pastries but to be improved for fruits (not a lot of fresh fruits available) and for the salty part: no vegs at all available. Was very nice experience roon quite Big confortable and all nice and clean. The only problem was we couldnt have a breakfast in the Hotel becouse was full book ( at list is what they tald us) anyeay was no a Big problem becouse a few kms are many bars whit italian coffe and croissant.... Was a free parking in the Hotel... We anjoy. Thankyou so much.

The pool was closed & since I swim for exercise I am disappointed 😔 & this is why I chose to book here, also sometimes there is not enough service for my iPhone 📱

My wife and I really enjoyed the Hotel. It's well located, offers excellent gastronomy, has a great swiming pool, the building has character, it has a majestic piano (they allowed me to play and sing :) ), Casertavecchia is charming, nice walks all around, I can go on and on. We really really recomend it. Franco and the whole team are really nice and friendly. We felt at home there!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was clean and the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my 4-year-old’s food preferences, and everything we ate was delicious. I highly recommend this for families.

I stayed at Hotel Regina for three nights during my visit to Casagiove. The hotel offers a wide selection for breakfast, and the staff cleans the rooms regularly. Mr. Bachir was very kind, which made my stay even more pleasant. The rooms are comfortable, though you may occasionally hear a little noise from neighboring rooms.

There was no duvet. A serious oversight for the times we live in.

Nice staff, continental breakfast was sad, air conditioning for family room was terrible but for a regular 1 bed room it was great (we had 1 family room and 1 regular room). Caserta is a very small town w not much going on, quiet... if u want that environment. Ehhhh, Decent walk to the train station but it was so very hot during our visit in July.

I liked staying there over night as the location was perfect for access to the palace. The parking was a bit tight to get in and out of but worth it. The hotel is clean and has unique wall paper of old catholic paintings along the hallways from ceiling to floor. The only thing that was disappointing was this morning at around 8 am a hotel staff lady opened our door without knocking and woke us up....

Very good hotel. Excellent staff. Quiet, clean and comfortable room. Great shower. Very good breakfast. The only small problem was that the bathroom sink was partly blocked, but it was only a minor inconvenience.

We loved our stay at A Corta. Lorenzo is such a kind host and we felt a great hospitalety. We loved the surroundings as well.

A beautiful property. Very quiet and not far from the old city. Lorenzo was the perfect host. He is knowledgeable about the area and offered to drive us to town. He serves a full breakfast in site. A perfect 10!

I can’t say enough about how outstanding the manager of this b and b is. He goes out of his way to make sure you have an excellent experience in his area by driving you to local restaurants and helping to interpret the menu in places where only Italian is spoken. We enjoyed returning each day to the charming courtyard. Our rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Highly recommend.

Amadeus is a reasonable hotel. The bed slept well and the bathroom was great. Some disadvantages were the mediocre breakfast, the broken smoke detector and the poor isolation (could hear my neighbour on the telephone like he was standing next to me).

My only complaint is that the hot water for the shower took a while to arrive and was inconsistent when it got there.

Good place to stay in Caserta close to the train station and the palace and gardens. In general Caserta didn't make a good impression as there is not sooo much you can do. The area great restaurants and the palace and garden is impressive, but apart from that there it not so much more you can see

Hotel Style Caserta is a 4-star hotel a short distance from the train station. The hotel is clean enough but for the rating given I would have expected a lot more. First floor room with upholstered fabric on the walls and carpet on the floor are a bad choice for me. The room itself is acceptable even if small but with a very small bathroom and with poor details. Window that does not open and close...

Hotel in the center of Caserta, excellent for visiting the city and the Royal Palace. The comfort is good, although something more can be expected from a 4-star hotel. The rooms are quite small. Difficult to adjust the air conditioning so that it doesn't hit the bed directly. An unpleasant musty smell as soon as you enter, which disappeared after leaving the window open for the whole day. Missing soap...

Our room was very clean and quite. The location is very handy and the hotel parking is near by. All in all we would stay here again.
