Great place, rooms are aged but massive by any standards.

Overall ok. Just empty when we were there
Overall the hotel was fine. It was weird ti see such a big hotel but very few people around. I think during our stay (one day) we saw only one other customer. The garage and the outside of the hotel could be better kept. The garage in particular needs to be cleaned up

Rooms were great, property is in a strange location and very empty. Good value for a good night sleep before a flight. Nice bathroom and good beds.

Unfriendly employees.
I felt truly unsecure. Photos from google maps or booking are not showing reality.
Pool and area near was like abandoned. All other entrances of the hotel were locked.
Cleaning lady never came back just because I asked her to come later. I than asked to the reception for at least cleaned towels and we receveid nothing. At the arrival even that we booked for 4 persons, we had only one bottle of water of 0,5L ,complimentary. On bonvoy app, it is written the gave complimentary water and coffee in the room. When I asked at the reception, they told me only for the arrival and only water. 🙂

Marriott please remove this hotel from your brand. Do not stay here. Hotel service is extremely unfriendly and unwilling to do anything at all. Half the hotel rooms face the lobby and they let people play music and throw parties yelling in the lobby until 2am and do nothing about it when you call. I asked to move rooms to the other side of the hotel and they said no. I have Marriott status which makes me eligible for an upgrade and they tell me there are no more rooms available even though I could book a different room on the app right now. Avoid at all costs. They don’t care about anything.

The hotell i very old and out of date. The breakfest and lunsj are poor, pre-heated food and the coffee was cold during breakfest and lunsj. the rooms was clean and the housekeeping did a good jobb. Would not recommend the hotell for Conferences or for holidays.

Stay anywhere else. Service desk is not interested in customer service. The hotel is nearly empty, huge stains on the carpet, dead plants in the common areas. We stayed 3 nights and they failed to clean the room one day. The shower needed caulking so it left a small lake on the floor which all the towels were needed to soak up. We would have changed hotels but due to our schedule we didn’t have the option. I do not recommend this hotel at all. It is not even close to Marriott standards.

Hotel has open loby with glas roof and it's always cold, I can only imagine how is during summer.

Although linen is clean, I can't be sure for towels because they have an odd smell of food on them. They clean rooms every day which is plus, but they don change the towels so next day you don't know which is which.
WiFi isn't working...
Food and restaurant service is good but it's not up to 4 star standard whatsoever. In proximity of the hotel there's no store or anything... Everything looks abandoned!
