Grand Hotel Vanvitelli

Well at first glance the hotel appears to be extremely fancy and ostentatious, more than a quick look reveals that much of the splendor is actually a very thin veneer. Access to all of the amenities that the hotel has to offer, like the spa, the pool, and the dining is actually very limited to the average guest.

Whole sections of the hotel are just completely shut down. The breakers turned off, the heating and cooling systems shuttered, the hallways dusty and unkept.

While it is a great place to stay if you just need a good nights rest and a comfortable bed, it’s not as fancy as it seems.

Loved our stay once again! The hotel does need some updating but the atmosphere is great! A big thanks to Veronica who made are days start with a friendly face at breakfast!

Lovely hotel, outstanding foyer and reception. Would have rated higher but room required maintenance. Cupboard door for fridge hanging by one hinge, air conditioning not working and mould in shower recess.

The grand hotel Vanvitelli is located a few minutes from the Rome-Naples motorway exit but is located in a peripheral area with no services. The hotel offers a large free car park for guests and has a swimming pool and spa but I have not used these facilities so I cannot rate them. The hotel, despite being equipped with a large structure with many rooms for guests, does not offer any services adequate to a 4-star hotel. The rooms are decent but show signs of wear and the bathroom facilities are poor and low quality. The cleanliness of the rooms is at an adequate level. The breakfast due to the covid is a middle ground between the table service and the buffet service managed by the staff, therefore it is chaotic and unsatisfactory, little choice of food and poor service. The hotel also has an internal restaurant with reservations required. I recommend this hotel for short stays or for work considering the strategic position, however in the area you can find better facilities.
Il grand hotel Vanvitelli è situato a pochi minuti dall'uscita dell autostrada roma Napoli ma si trova in zona periferica e priva di servizi. L hotel offre un grande parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti ed è dotato di piscina e spa ma non ho usufruito questi servizi quindi non posso dare un giudizio. L hotel pur essendo dotato di una grande struttura con molte camere per gli ospiti non offre assolutamente servizi adeguati ad un hotel 4 stelle. Le camere sono discrete ma mostrano i segni del tempo inoltre le dotazioni per il bagno sono scarse e bassa qualità. La pulizia degli ambienti è ad un livello adeguato. La prima colazione causa il covid è una via di mezzo tra il servizio al tavolo e il servizio buffet gestito però dal personale, quindi risulta caotico e insoddisfacente, poca scelta di cibo e scarso servizio. L hotel è dotato anche di un ristorante interno con prenotazione obbligatoria. Consiglio questo hotel per brevi soggiorni o per lavoro considerata la posizione strategica comunque in zona potrete trovare strutture migliori.
