The room is clean and bright, the bedding is comfortable, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is rich, varied and nutritious, the location is only about 2 kilometers away from the Royal Palace of Caserta, 20 kilometers away from Naples, close to the highway entrance, and convenient for travel.

The room is clean and the location is easy to find. Because it is close to the tourist attraction of Caserta Royal Palace, there are many families staying here. The breakfast is OK but relatively busy. Parking is available in the yard and it is safe. There is a restaurant in the lobby, which is open for lunch and dinner, but the price is higher.

The room is nice and not small, but the waiter in the restaurant is a little cold, everything else is ok. You can also see Mount Vesuvius🌋

The level of the novotel hotel chain is stable. Suitable for self-driving travel. It is on the main road, which may be inconvenient without a self-driving car. It is several kilometers away from the city center.

The room on the first floor is newly renovated and has a very fashionable style. The receptionist CARLA ZIELLO can speak Chinese and helped us call a taxi. She is a very nice girl.

Great location we were by car and went to the outlet and shopping center. Fantastic breakfast

Not satisfied with the services at the hotel. Infact were they even providing any services? They have only 1 resturant which hardly serves 4-5 dishes (does not include pizza). No 24*7 resturant. They have no arrangement for pick up and drop facility for thier guests. Being a tourist at Morning 3.00 am you are looking around for taxi for airport so difficult to find and no help from the hotel they have no connect with cabs nor they can arrnage a drop for you. The phone in the room was not working. the staff members were not very well versed with english so again difficulty in communication. For an accor group hotel this definelty does not meet expectations..
