We had a great stay at the hotel. Room is clean and staffs are very friendly. The breakfast is great too! Location is is superb as it is near train station and bus terminal. Great value for money.

Ambience: Very good
Facilities: Parking is limited, but there's a large parking lot nearby for 10 euros per night.
Service: Breakfast was good, but I couldn't find coffee. I was in a hurry that morning and didn't order any.

Dated building, large rooms, horrible and sad breakfast room, limited selection, everything pre-cooked. At 7:44, croissants and bread were still missing. Friendly concierge service.

4 stars hotel but with 3 stars standards room/ facilities. Cleanliness, breakfast, service and staff are great. Location is convenient. But for the price of the room, it is underwhelming.
Double bed is just 2 single beds pushed together - if you lie in the middle you will sink in: what's the point of having a double bed if you can only sleep strictly on 1 side and not in the middle.
Soundproofing is horrible: Windows face the busy street and there's commotion from the traffic and crowd on the streets (when there's special events or concerts at the castle), which is bad for a customer's sleep even at 12mn.
Room comes with blackout curtains which is good for sleep.
Lift is very old and it feels like it may break down at any moment with the sudden jerks. I feared for my life when I stepped into 1.
Overall not a great place for customers to rest and recuperate. For the price, customers are better off checking out bnb nearby instead.

Everything is perfect the walls is soft the breakfast is good the rooms is perfect (the Bath has color lights)is worth it

Hotel in an excellent location near the Royal Palace. Renovated hotel with good amenities. Breakfast was quite comprehensive and good. Recommended.

Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms with a nice view of the palace. I recommend room # 454 for a great view.

Best Location in Caserta
Comfortable and elegant, this lovely hotel is conveniently located in walking distance of very good restaurants, rental car office, and right across the street from the Royal Palace. With wi-fi, air conditioning, and an elevator, the hotel provided everything we wanted, but its true gems are the hard-working and dedicated staff who overwhelmed us with their kindness. The manager Viviana made sure we were comfortable during the extreme heat, and with her team at the front desk, especially Mariana and Emilio, all our questions and needs were taken care of. Thank you!! Bill & Barbara M.

The hotel is a four-star building from the 1950s. The room size cannot be changed, but it is well maintained and the breakfast is also very good. The most important thing is that it is very close to the World Cultural Heritage Caserta Palace, a five-minute walk, which is great 😄
