Hotel Amadeus in Caserta

I stayed in this Hotel with my husband for just one night (luckily)! The hotel looks very clean, and very close to the Royal Palace, but it was our experience
with the staff it was bad.
Arriving at the hotel, after booking the paid parking, we realize that the parking was located inside a courtyard, where various interlocking cars park, between owners of adjacent houses and those staying in hotels ... getting out with the car it took a quarter of an hour to move them all); we had communicated our arrival by 12 noon, the room was not ready. We asked the lady if in the meantime she was printing the tickets for the visit to the Royal Palace, but even if she tried and phoned the owner she was unable to get the printer to work (12:30 pm go in search of a stationery shop!)
As mentioned, the room was very clean, but it only had a small window, so it was very dark and stuffy! We had problems with the hot water not turning on and we had to take a cold shower!
The owner has been rude to my husband several times, and we have witnessed scenes where he was also rude by telephone, yelling on the tel in the early hours of the morning "you have me scassatu u c ... Not tel anymore,".
Regarding breakfast: it is only croissants and cappuccino that were served to us by the owner, slamming the tray on the table, both to us and to other customers! We were really appalled by his sleazy ways!
Anyone who approaches to do such a job should first learn to know how to relate to customers; we were never asked how we felt inside the structure, if we needed something or some indication, nor did he greet us at the end of our accommodation! Bad experience, I strongly NOT RECOMMEND!
