Hotel Europa Art in Caserta

​I stayed here for a weekwnd and found the hotel to be very well located, making it easy to get around the city with many dining options nearby. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay.

​The accommodation itself had ups and downs. On the positive side, the room was a fantastic size—very spacious—and the bathroom was impressively clean. However, I did notice dust in several areas of the bedroom, and the TV remote was malfunctioning (I did not raise a claim, but it was noticeable). The sound insulation is also poor; sadly, I could hear conversations from the adjacent room quite clearly.

​Regarding amenities: The gym is on the smaller side, so don't expect a full workout facility. The shared internet point was also not working during my visit.

Finally, while the breakfast ingredients were fresh and quality was good, the selection is limited if you prefer a savory breakfast; it is definitely geared more towards sweet options. With many options.

​Despite these minor issues, I think the hotel offers good price value considering how central and convenient the location is. If you are looking for a spacious room and friendly service at a fair price, this is a solid choice.

Well located in Caserta. Good breakfast and good staff service. Great water pressure. Rooms were quiet.

The hotel was conveniently located, a 5-10 minute walk, to the Reggia (Palace) di Caserta. The hotel was also only a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. We received a warm welcome at check-in and the staff provided good recommendations nearby for a non-touristy napoletana style pizzeria. The room was clean and it appears the rooms/bath had been recently modernized. Nothing fancy about the hotel, but comfortable. We would stay here again.

Clean, western familiar style hotel. Rooms were ample and clean. Rates were reasonable. Maybe a 5 or so minute walk from the station, and about the same to the palace. Breakfast buffet was included, and offered a fairly large amount of familiar Italian breakfast items like tarts, pastries, yoghurt, cheeses, salami and the like. Coffee and cappuccino are of course available. The only drawback would be that the street isn’t as nice as the rest of town - but it seemed completely safe and busy, just much of the rest of the city appears to be extra nice. Sidenote, the arancini at the little take out place next door were the best in Italy according the my daughter, who’s a fierce critic. Overall, a nice convenient hotel with a reasonable price point and solid breakfast. Staff was professional and polite. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, functional stay, and clean room with comfortable bed. Breakfast could be improved by including more local foods and boosting the quality of the coffee.

Nice staying in Caserta
Very good staying. Room clean, bathroom ok. Breakfast very good for sweets, and pastries but to be improved for fruits (not a lot of fresh fruits available) and for the salty part: no vegs at all available. Appreciated the availability of gluten free products. Location excellent to visit Caserta and Reggia

Very conveniently located to where I wanted to go. I was able to walk to my destination. Had good parking for my car.

It’s a nice business hotel close to the Caserta central station. With our room, we got an ok view with the glimpse of Royal Castle, and a big room. They decorated it very nicely with colour theme and furniture. The bathroom is spacious but the shower is not enclosed and let water out to the floor where there is no drainage. Water pressure was weak and the extendable shower head didn’t work. The drainage smelt bad occasionally, it’s like a burnt smell. The cleanness was excellent! They do up the room every day diligently, and cleaning lady is friendly.
The staff is friendly and helpful at all times, and speak good English.
Their breakfast was good with lots of sweet options, with some basic continental savoury food, like scrambled eggs, bacon, cold ham and cheese. But lots of sweets - 3types of croissants and different local cakes and tarts were always available. And variety of tea and coffee is also prepared. They opened a restaurant for guests as well, which is convenient. The food was excellent but not consistent in quality and service yet - I ordered eggplant parmigiana 2 different nights but one night it was cold. (But still yummy)
Close to all tourist attractions and city centre, as well as the University.
I really enjoyed the stay and will come here again if Im in town.
