A peaceful hotel not far from Salerno’s downtown with stunning sea views and unforgettable sunrises. The staff are professional and attentive, and the location is both quiet and convenient.

Beautiful hotel with stairs down to the beach. Amazing views and good restaurant onsite in case walking the roads up or down makes you nervous. Wonderful staff!!

Charming!
Room was clean and charming. The view was lovely. For the most part it was nice but the shower?… or lack of!!! I guess, back to basic.
We stayed for one night, passing through so it was adequate for the night.

Great view, great room, excellent service from staff. Buuuuut, breakfast was said to be included…we gather our breakfast and sit down. The awesome wait staff asks us if we’d like coffee, of course like normal humans we say yes, turns out you pay for every cup of caffeine with breakfast you order. Wouldn’t have changed our order but felt a little misleading. DO NOT eat at the restaurant, again the staff is amazing, the food is not. The wife got “crispy chicken” and it was literally reheated frozen chicken tenders and French fires. My “sea beam” was a slimy piece of white fish with olive oil drizzled on it. ZERO effort put into the meals and way over charged, we asked to use our “voucher” that was $29 per person for an entree and main dish plus 1/2 liter of water. Turns out at checkout we get fully charged for sub par meal and the front desk tried to argue with me about whether or not I handed the voucher to the waiter. Front desk staff could have easily fixed the issue but instead tried to fight me about it, extremely unprofessional. But again, definitely would stay again just learned our lesson about breakfast and restaurant.

Amazing location directly on the water. Parking was easy, and distance from shops and restaurants was convenient. Overall would recommend.

Well well, where to start. The hotel is kinda old,still works but not really modern. The only great thing about this hotel is that it’s quiet inside, just old people so no problems, but that doesn’t mean it’s quiet at night. The WHOLE night ,till 4am, was someone playing music next to the hotel(party we could say) the noise was so loud u could hear it even when the windows were closed. U know what else u can hear? Every word someone says in the room next to u because the walls are SO thin. But the worst thing was the restaurant, food was dry, it was slow, and we didn’t really like any of it. For a one night stay, mid.. for staying longer, hell no!

What an experience! Lovely hotel with splendid views, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The hotel has also a restaurant, but there are lot of other restaurants in 5-10 minutes walking distance. Vietri is not that full of tourists compared e.g. to Amalfi, but pricewise much , much better. In addition it is easy and cheap to get to Amalfi and other cities by boat.

This is a warning to all travellers thinking of booking here - DO NOT!
Never in my life have I experienced such an utter luck of customer service and left with a feeling of being totally ‘ripped off’.
First of all the positives - the location is very good and it’s located in a very beautiful town. The rooms are okay, a bit dated but it’s exactly how the pictures are… it almost had a nice art-deco charm about it.
Now onto the negative, and why I’d never recommend anyone ever staying here. On our last night, a beach club just next to the hotel was blaring loud techno music until well past 2am. Let me just say this made it impossible to sleep. At some points it was well over 80 decibels (with the normal recommended limit being below 40),for anyone unfamiliar we are talking music festival levels. This made it impossible to sleep, and let alone, this was my honeymoon and I was trying to have a romantic time with my partner. Now, I understand that noise issues happen but the complete ‘no care’ attitude of the reception staff was mind blowing. First of all they said the hotel was full and could not move us to another room (the next day we found out that this was not the case, by the hotel manager ), they did not even apologise and said it was the “last party of the summer” and refused to call the police or do anything about it as “it wasn’t their problem”. We ended up calling the police ourselves and they took the issue seriously. But we hardly slept that night and the next day, when raising this issue at check out, once again, they did nothing and offered no remedy to the issue. They told us we had to contact the booking platform for any type of refund or compensation. We have done this but they’re now are ignoring the booking platform entirely.
Moving us to another room would of solved the issue straight away.. a refund of any type or offering us a couple of drinks would of helped. But we left this place entirely sleep deprived and with a bad taste of people not caring at all about their guests. This place is clearly just about money for them and not about the guest or their experience! They really don’t care about anyone else but themselves!

It’s not a 4-star hotel. I don’t think most of the reviews are genuine.

We stayed 3 nights, service is very bad rooms are too old. Our AC system was broken and we had to work with reception guy in night going up and down the building to check if it working. It felt more like working to fix things at my home rather than being in hotel. After long investigation and the guy managing the rooms very reluctantly gave us new room.

There was an event at the hotel in one of the night before and next morning breakfast was reduced, larger plates were not available and it’s the worst coffee I have ever had. It more like hot milk.
